There's no public Wi-Fi if you need to download or prepare a shipping label, and cell service inside is poor. I was planning to use my phone's hotspot if the store didn't offer Wi-Fi, but my hotspot barely worked because the service was so weak. An employee suggested using my phone as a hotspot, then immediately acknowledged that the connection probably wouldn't be strong enough for it to work. I also felt rushed and pushed aside while I was there to purchase packaging services. There were three employees working, and the third employee initially started helping me, but then stopped focusing on my shipment and began cycling other customers through instead. They could have stayed focused on packaging my items and getting them ready to go, but instead I was left waiting while other customers were helped. I asked three times if they could package and prepare my items the way employees have done for me at a FedEx store, but they would not do so because I didn't already have the shipping label ready. That made no sense to me because I was paying them specifically to package my items and help get them ready for shipment. I needed their help with getting the labels printed and I needed their help with packaging. That's why I was there. I had to ask directly for my items to be packaged and sealed in front of me so I could feel comfortable leaving several expensive items there. The employees did not seem welcoming, attentive, or interested in helping me work through the process. On top of that, I was charged a $4 computer fee to print my labels, even though I didn't use a computer myself. I had to pay separately for the paper for each label, which is understandable, but I don't understand why I was charged a $4 computer fee when I never used the computer. An employee printed the labels at the front transaction counter. I also paid for all the packaging, which makes sense because that was the service I came in to purchase, but the additional computer fee felt completely unjustified. Overall, the customer service was extremely disappointing. Other UPS Stores have handled packaging and shipping much more professionally, and other FedEx locations have done the same very well. This location did not provide that level of service. What a terrible start to my morning. This place gives me the ick. I highly recommend against using it if you expect any level of customer service or assistance with packaging, labeling, or shipping. The only thing I think this location may be good for is dropping off packages that already have a label applied. If you need help with anything else, this is not the place to go. I won't be back, and I would not recommend it to anyone who needs help packaging and shipping an item.
