But actually, would have to be before 3:30 so he would have enough time for my 15-minute appointment. Like...okay. He also then directed me to take my appointment to the government center; since they take walk-ins. Well, thank god I called them before trying to walk-in because no, in fact, they do not take walk-ins. Regardless of any of that; as it may be out of his control & more due to leadership etc...the fact I booked my appointment two weeks ago & just got a call this afternoon after planning my day around it, is frustrating in itself.
