I intentionally place my cans to the side of my driveway so I can pull in and out, but the trucks place my cans in front of my driveway so I have to get out of my car when I get home and move them before parking my car. They use a mechanical arm to lift and dump the cans, but do not check if the cans are empty when done. I have had recycling stuck in the bottom of the cans for 2 weeks, limiting me from using the full can after it was picked up. A simple eyeball check after dumping the cans would solve this issue.
