I paid $167.64 for 3-day shipping and sent it out on a Friday. (5-1-26) and today is the 5th and won't deliver until the 7th. I called to let them know why pay for this service if it is going to take longer than 3 days like they state. I called the store on 5/5/25 and they told they don't ship on the weekend, and they could not do anything. Yesterday, I shipped one of my lenses for repair, a first. The people at this UPS Store are friendly, helpful, and kind. Unlike shipping stores in Florida, I trust these people. If you'd seen how people's property was being stolen weekly by the owners of such stores in Florida as I had seen, you'd have doubts too. I've gone to have things shipped at my cost and at the receiving company's cost, and these people have always been very efficient. N.B.: make sure you know which delivery type you're choosing. The cost varies greatly, and UPS the company will hold packages artificially, so that they don't arrive early, even if they have nothing else to move, unlike FedEx. Insurance was something like $3.00 per $100 of value. That added up quickly for the lens. This location can also print larger format items, such as banners and posters. While it's generally more expensive than using the local post office, there is rarely a line, and you have more assurances that your package will arrive on time. read more

Avoid this privately owned copy shop / UPS sub contractor. 1. They are terribly expensive. All of their "services" are way overpriced. 2. They have policies that are tailored to take advantage of people who are in a time crunch, or may be unaware of other alternatives. I have had to use them twice in two years. I will NEVER use them again except in an emergency. read more

If only I could give a zero - worst customer service experience I have received in a long time from a UPS Store and I go to them a lot. Front cashier should be retrained in her people skills - no hello, no thank u, totally acted like we were unconvincing her as she was doing her job! Grabbed our Amazon return papers and started tossing them and throwing some away without even explaining what she was doing! Crazy! read more

Stopped by here today to return my at&t uverse equipment and was helped by the store manager Laura as well as another employee who rushed over to open the door for me when she saw that my hands were full. Great service, no lines, nice people! read more
