I came on Dec 23rd with a box of 12 fleeces and he didn't even flinch at the fact that I needed them next day. The prices are reasonable and the service is phenomenal. People like that reviewer are the ones that email once and then leave a bad review. I would recommend calling or going in -- you won't be disappointed. I got there at opening time on Christmas Eve and there were several people picking up so I know they were busy and yet, it all got done and the quality of the work was excellent. It looks really small from the outside, but it is one of those long buildings, so it has more room than you might expect. But make no mistake, the place is small compared to the big commercial fabric stores that most towns have. We parked out front and entered. This place is packed to the gills! Every square inch was loaded with fabric, or patterns, parts, accessories and in the back, they even sell vacuum cleaners! We worked our way around the store and my wife found some items she liked. I liked that even though the store is smaller, they had several folks working so that all the customers were being waited upon without delay. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel welcome. As you might expect, the amount of fabric here isn't as large as some of the bigger quilt shops, but they do have a nice selection. I called the phone number / I was told that TODAY they were opening at 11:30 instead. So they obviously lost my business. How can customers trust a business that doesn't even follow its own hours. They obviously don't care if customers are inconvenienced. Let's not support this business. They aren't here to support our community. Plenty of other more reliable options.

They were very helpful in the frames department & gave us some suggestions on new matting. We left the picture with them & an hour later, they said it was ready. My son paid the $77 for the new frame & glass plus new matting as a Christmas present for his Dad. We were pleased with the quality of the work & the speed of getting it done.
