    I always feel this store is either understaffed or undertrained. I only go here to return my Amazon packages but am often in line just to hand them a pancake and get a receipt. It should be a painless and quick process. But they always make you wait forever. A 60 second transaction is often 5-10 minutes long

    Online it shows this store is open until 5:30. I came in with my arm full of boxes- that were already labelled and had postage- I was just dropping them off...at 4:03pm and the 3 workers standing around said sorry were closed we can't take those. Mind you the store was still open- door unlocked. . I said I just need to leave these they are already stamped and they said sorry. They really couldn't take 2 second s to scan the package? I didn't need a receipt. I asked if their location on coal creek was open and the "customer service" person said " I have no idea"...no effort to offer to check or here's their number. This is terrible customer service...their door was still open and it was 4:03 and they didn't want to lift a finger. I had to pick my packages back up and leave. Will never use that location again.

    In all my recent visits the staff have been quick and helpful. The new management remodeled so you can self-serve on Amazon returns.

Its was for me and my daughter. For some crazy reason they set my daughter up as the account holder. That turned out to be a huge hassle! After getting the sim cards and modem I found out theres NO INTERNET service in my area for T-Mobile home internet service! Fancy that! We called to get service cancelled and return everything because I was mortified! That involved SEVERAL calls in order to get everything cancelled because for some reason they didn't closed down two of the cell lines!! They didn't send an email for the return label of the equipment! Now after "12" days they're charging me $235!!! Mind you I never used the internet and ONLY used the one cell number because it was next to impossible to talk about canceling anything with out using one of their numbers! I am totally disgusted! They don't have to ever worry about my business anymore ever! I will also be writing to their corporate office about all this as well!! Stay away from T-Mobile!

    THEY LOST MY PACKAGE! Magically found it after two weeks, then sent it back to sender! Had a…read morepackage coming from a friend in France. I had to sign for it but since they tried to deliver during work hours they left the tag in my mail box. I chose to pick up at the post office the next day. After 15 mins they came back saying they couldn't find it. They said when they find it, they will just place it in a parcel locker. Two days later and still nothing, went to the post office, had a different person look for it, once again, couldn't find it. She was even trying to put the blame on me, saying I shouldn't have responded to the tag and just left it alone! Makes no sense! This went on for two weeks, post office visits, phone calls (which they usually wouldn't answer), then the tracking changed to return to sender. This post office is so careless and untrustworthy. They knew I was trying to find this package, yet instead of contacting me (which I left my number and email to multiple people there) they decided to just send it back. Think twice before using this location for anything.

Very helpful, efficient and nice. Upon arrival, there's signs to let you know where the passport office is at. It's located at the left, next to the counter. Just ring the doorbell once and someone will come get you. Make sure you arrive at the appointment 10 mins early to account for the wait time. They also take photos here for you for an additional charge of $15/per photos, so that's pretty convenient. He explained the process and will make photocopies of the documents for you. I would totally recommend this location for passport needs.

Ryan had agreed to meet us at 545 on 4/28. He no-showed. Cool man!!! When I called during regular hours the gal was very helpful but explained that "it was typical" of his behavior.
