I needed signs printed out and had the budget well within what he was quoting, but he acted like his parameters were above my head and therefore wasn't worth his time. On more then one occasion with others in the store he's complained about being so busy or something not working. As customers, we shouldn't hear that. I get it, but it's not appropriate to vent in front of customers. This last time I had a couple Amazon returns and he told me to use the self-checkout machine. I told him it told me to see an Associate. He said it was because one needed to be bagged by them but I can use it for the other one. So I tried but the box was too big for the bags they provide and it said see an associate. I gave up and drove down to the UPS store by Fred Meyer and was in and out in under 2 mins. I'm done with this location.
