There isn't self-faxing & printing, yet you can email your documents for them to print out for you. For shipping, bring your own packing tape or you'll be charged a user fee...better than having to buy tape as you do at USPS. You can drop off packages for UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS & Amazon - for the latter, they do not have the Return Code Scanner. There's a mini workstation, pay as you use. The staff keep the line moving quickly regardless. This UPS location is in the shopping center right beside Montgomery Mall. The parking lot is an absolute nightmare to be honest. The parking spaces are limited and as cars attempt to enter and leave it really makes for a bit of a struggle to park. Despite the not ideal parking situation I still choose to come here often because the staff really are great here and I have never had any issues when using various services from shipping my packages and dropping off Amazon returns to even getting my passport photos done... consistent quality service every time :)

One clerk even helped me load all the paper in to the narrow slots located on the bins. Within 20 minutes, we had disposed of all the random credit card offers, loan approvals, or various other spammy mailings that one dare not throw in the trash. Do not listen to the naysayers. I live overseas and maintain a personal mailbox at this UPS Store. They would receive not only my mail but all my online orders. When I have accumulated a good number of orders, I would ask this UPS Store to pack my items for me and get it ready for shipment to me. Granted, I use SendMyBag (via DHL) and not UPS or FedEx to send my packages but Cindy would pack all my things into a box and all I have to do is email her the shipping label/customs form. SendMyBag (DHL/FedEx) will then pick up the box from the store and get it on its way to me in Asia. I had 3 packages to ship out. The location is convenient because it's close to home. I just hadn't anticipated how long it would take. Upon arrival, there was 4 customers ahead of me. All but one person was just trying to ship out return items like I was. I didn't expect to be standing in an unmoving line for more than 45 minutes!!! There was 3 cashiers at the counter. The entire expensive transaction took maybe 10 minutes.
