The notary at this location was so nice and kind and quick. Notary was only $2. Highly recommend this place.

The Fedex tracking showed it was out for delivery with a driver named Salvador on 11/27 at 5:18 am. Here we are 12/5 and still no package. Fedex claims the driver said his scanner "broke" and he "thinks" he dropped it at the leasing office. Funny fact, my leasing office doesn't accept packages as they have a parcel locker for deliveries. Fedex customer service lied to me multiple times telling me the package was lost, then found, then lost, then found again, but ultimately ended up telling me the shipment was never found and they could not locate it. Clearly the Fedex driver Salvador stole it, or at any rate can't be trusted with expensive packages. This has caused me to miss out on over a week of wages and nobody can be held responsible. All I get is apologies and the run around. The most that Fedex would do is close my case so Dell could re-send. Fortunately, Dell customer service is capable and helpful, and will hopefully issue a replacement but nobody can replace my time or energy spent waiting on a package Fedex "lost." I am so frustrated and upset but Fedex never delivers my packages on time and their logistics are clearly not up to par. I had dish sponges delivered to me with better care from Amazon. I can't file a claim with Fedex for lost wages because only shippers can file the claim. Even though the shipment cost ultimately is paid for by me. I will never ever ever trust Fedex with my deliveries ever again and am extremely disappointed but what can you expect from a huge company that has lost sight on customer service. Salvador, I hope you enjoy the computer. Karma is a real thing!

Let me start with saying the fedex phone support is absolutely terrible. I was miss informed by…read morethree different individuals who by the way told me 3 different things. I ended up driving to this location in rush hour traffic just to find out I couldn't pick up my package. After being wrongly informed I called the customer support number again in which I spoke to 3 more incompetent employees and none of which were giving me consistent answers or helpful helpful in the least bit. After 30 min of taking on the phone I made zero progress with the support team on the phone. All that being said, the four ladies at the counter (one of which stayed late to assist me) were absolutely incredible. Not only did they understand my situation but they aided me into being able to pick up my package the following day from a closer location. I can't empathize enough how sweet these ladies were to me. Between this location and the help from another I was able to retrieve my package the following morning. My biggest complaint aside from the misinformation and inconsistencies was that no one was giving me any solutions to my problem. I would strongly recommend retraining employees in the call center to better assist their customers. Again, to the ladies that took the time to help me out I can't thank you enough and I hope that someone in the company sees this review and shares it with you all!

The only possession I ever cared about of his was an 8'9", 1962 Bing Copeland custom surfboard. It was my father first custom board that he purchased as a teenager. When I was 8 years old, my father took me out for my first surfing lesson. He shared that same custom board, and I rode that board for the first 4 years of my surfing life. Now being that it was a 14 lbs. and a fiberglass longboard with a 11" single fin. It's an odd shape. I was in a tough spot with a limited time frame to get the board shipped to me where I live in Chicago, Illinois. I had contacted 6 different locations. Note, that 3 out of the 6 said "sure we can ship it". But once we got to those locations, they looked at the size and shape and declined to ship. They were also quoting me $1200 to $2000. I was panicked and running out of time. I called Navis Pack & Ship in Phoenix, Arizona. Not only were they gracious, kind and understood what this board meant to me. They promised to take good care of the board and package it the right way for its journey to Chicago. I cannot say enough about their professionalism or their kindness to me during my heartbreak of losing my father. Not only was the board packaged well, but I paid far below what I was quoted by the other shippers. I am forever grateful and would recommend Navis Pack & Ship for any of your shipping needs. These people are nothing but rip-off artists....I called this morning inquiring about picking up an…read moreitem in their same town that weighs less than one pound and then ship it to me in Texas.....the idiot on the phone calmly said it would be $200 just to pick it up....and looking at the first 1 star review i now see it would have been at least $120 to pack and ship it....$320 for what...??? if you even consider doing business with these jerks then you are truly insane....DON'T DO IT...!!!

Stephanie did not mention the installer would be on the clock from the time he left their warehouse until he finished my job, until i called the next day to question why the fee was so high. I wasnt feeling well, so when the young man arrived I asked the price so I could print a check and have it ready. He told me I would be charged for the time it took to hang the 3 items (two 25 x 18 commendations and one 36" open framed metal clock), He was done in less than 10 minutes. He arrived at 7:10 and left at 7:30 I was presented with an invoice for $160.00 which stated an arrival time of 7:10 and departure time of 7:30 and did not refer to drive time at all, needless to say I was surprised at the dollar amount for 10 to 20 minutes of work. I printed the check and kept the invoice and decided I would deal with the company about the fee after speaking with the company that referred me. The installer asked for the invoice back and didn't have a copy for me, so I made a copy and gave him the original. I was referred to them by a company I had used for the past 30 years, who no longer provided a hanging service. They charged by the hour upon arrival. When I called them and described everything I addressed above, they too were shocked and stated even if they charged drive time it shouldn't have been more than $75.00 for everything. I don't mind paying for anything I want! I do mind be taken advantaged of. Partially I'm at fault for not addressing the fee up front. But since they knew the company that referred me and I'm sure they must have known their fee structure was different, the onus was on them to make sure the difference was communicated to me. I deal with vendors all over this valley and have never had anyone charge me from the time they leave their office/warehouse to completion of the work at my home. That includes at the height of gasoline prices as well. Had I known, I might have asked when they had work scheduled close by to schedule me so the drive time would be minuscule.
