I've been coming here for almost a decade now, using a wide range of services from a mailbox to notary public. So I've had plenty of opportunities to be disappointed, but that has never happened here! I've found them to be consistently great in all respects - friendly, efficient, doing anything they can to help out. Most encounters are pretty routine, of course, but last holiday season I had a pretty big ask. It was the last day I could send out a number of packages to my employees, and of course events conspired against me that day, so I came in only minutes before close of business with a huge load of packages being shipped all over... many still needing to be packed. They were super busy, and had every reason to be surly with me for dumping this on them at the last second. Instead it was the reverse! Kristen and her team swooped into action, and I had everything sorted and on its way with minimal drama. Every single package got there on time and was packaged well. And the next time I came in, she remembered me with a smile and asked if it all worked out. 5 stars are not enough for this location. 10/10 from me. read more

Shipped my bucket list rare vintage guitar from Thos Cornell Galleries auction out to California through this UPS location. Kristin responded promptly to email and called to help me review options on shipping method and insurance. The guitar was very securely packed and arrived in perfect condition. Great care was apparent in all the little details in the packing. The UPS system showed progress along the way. Kristen had checked on my shipment status online and called me to confirm my item safe arrival. I've always had a good experience at this store! One employee in particular, Monique S. has impressed me on multiple visits. Besides her warm demeanor, her ready knowledge of the ins and outs of shipping and willingness to help someone less savvy (me) navigate the options with patience and not merely tolerance is everything. I went to UPS to ship a very important package this evening. In a frantic moment, I decided to choose two-day shipping when I really wanted to do one day. Upon leaving, I wished that I had selected one-day express shipping but feared it was too late. I called back the UPS store to see if there was any way I could change it. I am an 'A' hole for customer service. In my opinion, Nick and Stephanie are doing a terrific job. Every time I come into the store they always have a smile and are helpful. The icing on the cake is the text and email notifications regarding delivered packages. The first time I got a notification I was very surprised. Great customer service! The manager Kristen helped me locate a missing package that included my father's blood pressure medication that he left at my house during the holidays. Not only did she locate the package, she had it redelivered at no cost to me and contacted me numerous times during the process to keep me updated. I go to this UPS store often to do Amazon returns and they are really amazing. During the hours just after work, it does get busy, even with lines out the door, but they are extremely fast and efficient, and no matter how busy it gets they are always so kind and smiling and gracious. I have never been to such a wonderful UPS store, I had to return a pair of Nike shoes and the employee Lisa helped me so much! She packed up my shoes no problem, she also offered to pack it with peanuts so my shoes won't get damaged. I highly recommend this UPS store. The employees are so friendly!! read more
