The rep I dealt with did not return telephone calls or respond to an email where I sent an old proof from their art department as requested. When I first spoke with her, I explained that I need cards for a board meeting this week. After several emails, telephone calls, and ignored voice messages, I do not have cards. Beware of this company's sloppy customer service, especially if you are a small business. They will casually burn you.
