Plus you're standard boxes and envelopes for your mailing needs. Only one window and a single postal employee behind the PO boxes. If you're can't find what you're looking for just ask her. Located in a very small strip mall on Ernston Road in Parlin behind the stairs on your left side. The only time that it seems to be busy during the week is right after she reopens after lunch. Friendly enough service which isn't always the case at the larger post offices.

I waited in line for at least 20 minutes as the workers were talking with customers not about shipping but about random stuff just wasting other peoples time. The reason Im writing this review is since the workers stated NOTHING when I was in line and up next and a random customer at a desk off to the side, not in line, was signing something. The worker said next and I was next in line. She ended up saying out of nowhere "Oh im next in line" and just cut in front of me. The workers didn't say anything which honestly pissed me off. I was in such a rush that I just didnt even try to start an argument with her. What I truly felt like saying to the women was "You just cut in line, theres a line. The back of the line is right there (And I would point to the back)." Apart from that, the workers are very slow to work, They act like time is not of any matter to them. Which is so bad for UPS's reuptation. I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this location. This is one of the worst UPS Stores I've been to. I usually go to the one in Main St in Matawan, NJ and will continue to go there to give them my business as they're very speedy and efficient and much more friendlier.

So I went to the UPS in Matawan and they scanned the bar code quickly and gave me a receipt. They had 3 employees and I saw them helping customers with packages, smiling and showing kindness.
