I went in before work to drop off an amazon package. There was a long line as all the other reviews…read morestate. I waited in line for at least 20 minutes as the workers were talking with customers not about shipping but about random stuff just wasting other peoples time. The reason Im writing this review is since the workers stated NOTHING when I was in line and up next and a random customer at a desk off to the side, not in line, was signing something. The worker said next and I was next in line. She ended up saying out of nowhere "Oh im next in line" and just cut in front of me. The workers didn't say anything which honestly pissed me off. I was in such a rush that I just didnt even try to start an argument with her. What I truly felt like saying to the women was "You just cut in line, theres a line. The back of the line is right there (And I would point to the back)." Apart from that, the workers are very slow to work, They act like time is not of any matter to them. Which is so bad for UPS's reuptation. I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this location. This is one of the worst UPS Stores I've been to. I usually go to the one in Main St in Matawan, NJ and will continue to go there to give them my business as they're very speedy and efficient and much more friendlier.

I would definitely recommend their services, and wish that more conferences offered something similar.

We have used Metro Ink for approximately a year for our business cards. We have continually been…read morepleased with the printed pieces. That said, recently, we had ordered another set of business cards for a new employee. However, when we received the business cards, they were not in their normal, form fitting packaging, we became accustomed to. Instead, when we opened the box, the cards were scattered in a larger box. It seemed unprofessional and showed a lack of respect towards the final product. When I brought this to Metro Ink's attention, their response was brief and dismissive.I followed up with the owner of the company which resulted in a day's worth of emails back and forth resulting in no amenable resolution. This experience has lacked a basic level of professionalism and customer relations that anyone would expect from a business.
