Picture this- I'm at work in Georgia, 2 days before Christmas, Far Better would be closed on the 24th, & 26th and I needed funeral programs printed, for a funeral on the 27th. A souped-up, 15-page booklet with pictures (not the flimsy 2-pager). I called Far Better on around 2PM on 12/23 to see if they could assist with this last-minute print job. My PDF was too big to send via email; my work firewall blocked the alternative Joe provided. He then suggested I share my Canva with him so he could retrieve it there. By the time Joe had my file, it was around 3:30 PM. He stayed on the phone with me to confirm in real time that he gained access to the file while still handling in-person clients I had no idea what type of binding I wanted but Joe walked me through the entire process reassuring me every step of the way, and he did not disappoint. And the cost...I was expecting to pay an arm & a leg but, to my surprise, they were BEYOND REASONABLE. About $400 less than what Staples quoted me for the exact same job. They offer international shipping, FedEx, UPS, USPS (with pick ups once daily) and DHL. They also offer Fax services (both sending and receiving) and sell stamps, shipping supplies including boxes, bubble wrap, and a wide variety of moving boxes. Also among their services is packing, shipping, printing (black & white or color) and business services. A1 also rents mailboxes which can be safer than having packages delivered to your home (and worrying about porch pirates) or being concerned if you're traveling. They offer a free "email check" so you avoid wasting a trip and it's possible to call ahead to see if you have mail. A1 also forwards mail. You can separate your business from your personal mail by using their address. We've had nothing but great experiences at A1, shipping, faxing, and printing documents. Tony and Nick are both friendly and extremely helpful. It's great to know all these services are available so close to home and prices are affordable. Bravo Tony and Nick!
