While waiting for the customer ahead of me to resolve a membership issue, I politely asked the cashier to ring up two specific items first.The cashier loudly and aggressively responded, shouting, "ARE YOU USING FOOD STAMPS? IS THIS YOUR FIRST TIME USING FOOD STAMPS?" in a manner explicitly meant to shame me in front of a crowded pre-holiday line.Following this, the cashier began yelling at me and my young daughter regarding how we placed items on the conveyor belt. Despite the previous customer not even returning to the line yet, she aggressively rushed my child, stating: "Now hurry and place the small items on the belt and stop giving me an attitude." My daughter was visibly shaken and nervous by this treatment.As a loyal BJ's member for nearly a decade, I have never experienced this level of hostility. The staff are helpful, store was not crowded, the prices are more than fair. What I appreciate is the ease of parking in the garage, which is free. Parking was a breeze. This location does not have a BJ's gas station. BJ's Club+ members can receive a discount of 5¢ off each gallon of fuel purchased at BJ's Gas stations.

But the line was so long with one cashier and people with large carts filled with items and haggling. After 20min in line with the same ladies questioninh ti cost of roughly 50 products, we put everything back and left. The furniture section was okay, but it was limited. If you're looking for old stock to complete a collection, chances are, this is where you want to be. Majority of the warehouse *is* old stock with a smaller section for newly released comics. To me that's not really a downside because if you wanted new comics you could go literally anywhere else. But if you're looking for treasures, hard to find older issues, or just older comics in general that you want to read and don't care about the resale value or the condition it's in, this is the place for you. It's a place for collectors and enthusiasts that are searching because they want to own something, not because they're trying to hold it for resale. As for me, I was able to grab Star Wars IV, V, VI in comic form which I never even knew they made, just $5 each. I think this is a must-visit for comic lovers and I'm SO glad our uncle brought us here. Even if you aren't looking for anything, you really need to go just to see how many comics are on these shelves. It's mind-blowing.

It is a wholesale dealer that sells something that did not sell well in other stores at a nice discount. Some of the items are imperfect products. I love to go in here and walk around for an hour seeing what "treasures" I can find. They have parking lot. One thing to note another reviewer mentioned: The ceilings are leaky. so look up before buying ‍ steer clear of buckets if you can get past these things and have it not bother you in favor of a deal, it's an ok store. It's huge! Some of my best things purchased in here tend to be home decor items personally. They sell 1$ ornaments for the holidays. My favorites are my curtains for my apartment. I also love that they have 5-6$ throw pillows. I constantly come around to replace bathroom rugs and shower curtains and this is the best place to find things that are of good quality on a deal. Think of the things you 100% need but like don't want to spend a fortune on. NWL has your back there. They have a large section of cleaning products which sells things like 5$ Lysol spray and stuff you prob already buy but pay a lot more for. Reminds me of like pergament or even Bobby's. The service is ok you have to be mindful when you are ringing items up that they won't overcharge you - I'm sure they don't intend to but sometimes there are so many items the prices on the tags aren't always updated correctly.

The reason I forgot to show up was because I'm constantly busy with college and work. Believe it or not, things come up and people forget to do things when their schedules are completely filled. I did not wait 3 WEEKS to speak to anyone from the store over the phone, like the reply to my review suggests. It was 3 DAYS after I was supposed to show up again. There's no need to cover up what happened by calling me a liar. Did I not call back because I didn't want to say I no longer needed the ring? Absolutely not. When Rania called me, I was at work. I was caught by surprise and embarrassed for forgetting to show up at the store. I apologized profusely. I told her that we no longer needed the ring (no ring was made in the first place) and thanked her for taking the time to get the band and stone. I even asked her if it had cost her any amount of money, and offered to cover that amount. She told me no, it had not cost her anything. She asked me if I wanted my $50 back or if I would accept store credit. I choose the former, and she said she would check with her co-worker and call me back. She never called me back. I waited and waited and waited. Nothing. I have to reiterate that the ONLY reason I elected to put down the $50 for the ring is because she told my girlfriend and me that it was FULLY refundable. I asked several times during my first visit, and my girlfriend is witness to this. Otherwise, I would not have decided to do so. Finally, after weeks of frustration, I showed up at the store and took the $50 credit because I knew no one cared enough to call me back and offer me my hard-earned money back. I walked into the store again with my girlfriend and Rania gave me a gift-card awkwardly. She didn't say hi. She didn't say sorry. Nothing. Just, "Oh yeah, I remember... (in a shy tone)." Now on top of this, I'm being called a liar politely, on top of being out $50. I'm not writing this review with mal-intent. I'm not trying to get anything out of this. I'm not here to argue. I'm typing this up as nicely as I can. This is a website designed to let people know my experience with businesses. This is my experience. You can take it with a grain of salt, but this is my honest experience. Previous experiences were good, but this one left a bad taste in my mouth.
