Third time in a row we walked in there because we had many copies to make (100s of pages) and we complained that it was extremely stuffy and hot and asked why wouldn't they turn the A/C on, to which they suggested that we go elsewhere and said that their copier was not working. Considering that this place is always empty while other copy places have long lines, they're the ones who lost business but I guess they showed us!!!! LMAO! Great business skills!!!! One thing I noticed is there have been a few occasions where I have sent wrong file sizes and instead of printing the wrong images at very low quality they will call me and let me know something is off and that id doesn't look right. Usually it's because i sent the wrong file. I'm really happy they look into my work with such detail. I went on the following Saturday instead, and only a quarter of the order was ready. Everything went downfall after that. I had to constantly call and get nothing for an answer. On my third visit, they had half the order ready. Then three weeks later, I finally was able to pick up the full order. I'm disappointed. I tried my best to understand all the excuses but nothing frustrates me than visiting and calling the store six different times just to have a small order completed.
