I needed a shirt done for my son, that would have a picture of him and his great grandma on it for her bday. Due to a family situation I was unable to pick up the shirt. I texted him, and asked if they were open on Sunday, and unfortunately he said no. I was devastated, but on Sunday morning, I get a phone call. I follow these guys on Instagram, so when i decided to go see Beyoncé and Jay Z in Orlando with my…read moresister, we decided to also make it our first Disney trip. So we named our trip OTR 2 Disney (on the run was the tour name). I ordered the shirts well into advance for my trip, and was happy that it was ready right on time. There was a little mixup with the shirt when i first went to pick it up, it only had the OTR on it. I informed Gary of the mistake, and he ensured me that he can fix both shirts within 20 mins if i don't mind waiting. I made sure to explain i wanted Disney red (the red that is the same color as Disney) along with an official Disney logo so it doesn't look cheap, and he did exactly what i wanted. Also, he does all sizes. My sister is a small, and i am and XL to 2x and we didn't have any issues with sizing. The tshirts fit perfectly and they were super soft as well. (Score!) All in all, i would highly recommend these guys (Ben and Gary) for any custom items. I'm planning another Disney trip this summer with the family, and will more than likely purchase again for all of us. Thanks so much for the great customer service, and the shirt. At first the guy I spoke with at first to have shirts done with was a sweetheart. He struggled with machines and I had to go home and come back a few times because he needed to call machine company to fix problem. He was supposed to call when shirts were ready but he didn't and he never picks up the phone. but I felt sorry for him and decided to come back for more business. Before I came back the second time I kept trying to call but there was no answer so I showed up only to be rudely welcomed by some girl who clearly didn't know anything about the business. She told me I'd have to wait for the guy who I met with last time. He wasn't in that day :-/ Because I was desperate, I sent an email detailing my order and asked if they can help. Never heard an a reply. I called and he said he hadn't had the chance to read my email and he would call me back...that never happened. I called and spoke to the kind gentleman over the phone and told him what I needed. He instructed me to send an email and come in, which I did. He helped me decide on which shirt to get and advised which would look best with my logo. He even offered to help me design a better logo, which would help with the printing quality. It was such a smooth and easy process and my order was completed in just a couple hours. I definitely plan to come back here for my future printing needs.
