At first the guy I spoke with at first to have shirts done with was a sweetheart. He struggled with machines and I had to go home and come back a few times because he needed to call machine company to fix problem. He was supposed to call when shirts were ready but he didn't and he never picks up the phone. but I felt sorry for him and decided to come back for more business. Before I came back the second time I kept trying to call but there was no answer so I showed up only to be rudely welcomed by some girl who clearly didn't know anything about the business. She told me I'd have to wait for the guy who I met with last time. He wasn't in that day :-/ Because I was desperate, I sent an email detailing my order and asked if they can help. Never heard an a reply. I called and he said he hadn't had the chance to read my email and he would call me back...that never happened. In short, very unprofessional, unorganized and not really worth it. Go somewhere else.

On my third visit, they had half the order ready. Then three weeks later, I finally was able to pick up the full order. I'm disappointed. I tried my best to understand all the excuses but nothing frustrates me than visiting and calling the store six different times just to have a small order completed.

There was no communication, no explanation for the delay, and no effort to resolve the situation. A business should value its customers' time, and this establishment failed to do so. Waiting over an hour without any accountability or customer support is completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and poor communication made an already frustrating situation even worse. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their customer service and reliability. BRAND EXPERIENCE I called as soon as they opened to figure out if they had 2-sheet, 8.5"x14" black & white, NCR forms in stock as a surprising number of local printers did not have them in stock. My sales rep was able to take my order and give me a quote with it 5 minutes. STAFF The staff at the physical location was exceptional. I spoke with a guy named Will. He was professional, courteous and clearly articulated how, if this situation should rise again, to most effectively get forms ordered with a list of order amount vs timing chart. PRICING As I ordered NCR forms, they were slightly on the pricier side in general but still very cheap. I was able to get 250 forms for only $99. The organization used Flatbush Copy in order to print about 250 copies of said journal. I am writing this review to state that these folks really outdid themselves. This journals look and FEEL amazing! The books are truly gorgeous and I couldn't have dreamed my work would look so nice. Flatbush Copy Center and its workers were professional from start to finish. They were very receptive by phone, and they stuck to their promised deadlines. It was super easy to send my pages for the journal. They followed my instructions for the pages almost too well. My experience with them has been beyond frustrating,…read morelargely due to the unprofessionalism of the owner, Sason, who abruptly hung up on me while I was attempting to resolve an issue caused by their mistake. We initially ordered a sign based on a recommendation from Nati at Sign Expo, who assured us it would fit into the existing light box we had installed. After paying for the sign, Sason came to install it and informed us that it actually wouldn't fit. They then insisted we pay significantly more for a different sign that would fit. What was truly outrageous was that they refused to refund us for the first sign--the one they had recommended. Instead, they demanded we cover 50% of the cost of their mistake, on top of the additional money for the correct sign. We only ordered the original sign because they guaranteed it would fit. Had we known it wouldn't, we obviously would never have made that purchase. I spent over a month trying to get in touch with Sason to reach a fair resolution, and when I finally did, he agreed that we shouldn't be responsible for paying half of their mistake--yet he never updated the invoice. Ultimately, he stopped responding and hung up on me when I called and finally got through to him yesterday. I wish I could share images but we have no sign because they never installed anything. They happily took our money and refused to refund it though. Evidently, they are a boarder line scam like operation as the other negative reviews would suggest. Don't be fooled by their mimic branding of the reputable SignExpo.com, looks like they do this intentionally to mislead customers away from the other negative reviews about their service. Avoid this company at all costs.
