The school recommended this local store for uniforms. I have a thing for supporting local businesses rather than large retailers. I was excited to put my order in. The staff was helpful with questions and the overall transaction. The staff member estimated to be ready by Friday. I went on the following Saturday instead, and only a quarter of the order was ready. Everything went downfall after that. I had to constantly call and get nothing for an answer. On my third visit, they had half the order ready. Then three weeks later, I finally was able to pick up the full order. I'm disappointed. I had a order of 37 white coats to be embroidered and was given an amazing quote ($4 per line). I dropped my coats off on a Wednesday and they were ready by next Tuesday! I messaged them through instagram, and they told me to email them a font (they would handle the rest). The customer service was welcoming when I dropped off my coats. I wanted to get a logo embroider on my blanket fast and wasn't sure where to go to get this done. After searching on Yelp, I've requested a quote from World Imprints and Michael responded really fast. This gave me hopes that they will get the job done quickly. After sending the size (10x10 inches) and picture of the logo I want to be embroider, Michael responded with a price of $25. This seems reasonable so I agreed to it. But later I found out that I need the logo in DST file. (What is DST file?? Like how would I even know what that is...) Since I did not have the logo in DST file, Michael charged me $25 for the file and around $20 for the embroidery. Even though it cost more than what I thought it would be, they got the job done quickly. read more

I ordered 3 velcro nametapes from them via ebay several months back, and it got to me within 4 days. The stitching is nice and clean with no leftover or hanging threads, and the velcro is also pretty good quality. read more

If you want to waste your time going back and forth to their dinky little shop, if you want your order to take weeks and perhaps months to be completed, if you want that order to be wrong over and over again, if you don't want your messages and emails replied to and if you want to feel like they are doing you a favor then I recommend you come here. After explaining it to them at a 3rd grade level they managed to get every order wrong multiple times - THEN BLAME YOU !!! Any good review on here is either fake or some large quantity order that was outsourced. The only thing they have going for themselves was pricing- but you get what you pay for. Crappy workmanship. unfinished product, long wait times and horrible customer service. After giving these rookies many chances with several orders they wouldn't fix my last order that they screwed up, took back the bad items and never refunded me. Word of advice to Military Tapes - if you need professional digitizing don't got to fiver online. Use real professionals. I'm sure the owner will reply with some excuse or blah blah blah. I made it sooooo easy for these people to get multiple orders right. They never did. If you want to waste your time and money then come here. Chris and Tessie are the best! They came through for me big time on my first order with their company. Last March I was two weeks away from starting my softball season when I got a call from another embroidery company that was supposed to have my uniforms ready for the start of the season. Well, the company informed me that not only weren't my uniforms going to be ready for Opening Day, they weren't going to be in for another six weeks! So, I canceled my order with them and placed a frantic call to Military Tapes. Not only did Chris and Tessie deliver, they also beat my original outfitter's uniform price and gave me better quality.
