I wanted to support either a non-profit or a company that gives back to the community in some way. When I did a Google search, Works in Progress popped up and I was immediately drawn to their mission to provide internships to NYC high school students where they can get a hands-on learning experience and engage in all aspects of the business. Since discovering Works in Progress, I have placed several large orders with them because of their dedication to the community and to provide a quality product. Communication has always been easy and smooth, and they're great about providing product options that fit within your budget and style. My most recent order was for my 40th birthday. I wanted some tank tops, some v-neck tshirts and some regular tshirts (all different sizes). They were more than willing to accommodate all of the different styles and sizes, and the turn around time was quick. At the time of ordering, they'll always let you know when they need your design and quantity so they can ensure you get your product when you need it. I usually pick up my orders in person, but they can also arrange for a messenger or other delivery service that is then billed back to you. In addition to my personal 40th birthday shirts, I have ordered for several bar/bat mitzvahs and for other social events. Emily and Sheila are great to work with and I would highly recommend

Unlike other stores that wanted you to fill out a form or that wanted to get back to you, I got Val who was immediately helpful and knowledgeable. He called me within minutes of my initial inquiry. A plus. And when I was not sure exactly what I needed from my order, he helped me with t-shirt selection with zero runaround. A huge plus plus. While other t-shirt printers were asking me to call back or to specify more, Val already had a quote and processing time for me. After placing my order, he got a hold of me to fix a hiccup in my order. And delivery was fast. I mean, speeeeeedy. I got quick messenger service with no fuss in exactly the time frame that Val said. Even when the order was complete, and I sent Val a thank you message for the incredible service, he was quick in getting back to me with his friendly usual self. So, if custom shirts are needed for work or family reunion barbecue, first, don't forget to invite me if it's the latter. Then, call Val for your customized t-shirts to get knowledgeable assistance and quick turnaround time for your order.

So we named our trip OTR 2 Disney (on the run was the tour name). I ordered the shirts well into advance for my trip, and was happy that it was ready right on time. There was a little mixup with the shirt when i first went to pick it up, it only had the OTR on it. I informed Gary of the mistake, and he ensured me that he can fix both shirts within 20 mins if i don't mind waiting. I made sure to explain i wanted Disney red (the red that is the same color as Disney) along with an official Disney logo so it doesn't look cheap, and he did exactly what i wanted. Also, he does all sizes. My sister is a small, and i am and XL to 2x and we didn't have any issues with sizing. The tshirts fit perfectly and they were super soft as well. (Score!) All in all, i would highly recommend these guys (Ben and Gary) for any custom items. I'm planning another Disney trip this summer with the family, and will more than likely purchase again for all of us. Thanks so much for the great customer service, and the shirt.
