When I first moved here eight years ago, I wrote a review of this UPS store and whoever owned it or managed it was just disgruntled and extremely angry monster I focus a lot on reviewing restaurants, but sometimes it's really necessary to recognize exemplary service and kindness in general From what I can tell this UPS store has been taken over by someone else over the past year or so at least and I'm happy to report that they are nothing but delightful and cheerful and kind when you go in I usually only have packages that are pre-labeled to drop off, but even with such simple actions, they are consistently showing up in all the right ways Thank you for whatever you've done to turn my perspective around of this location read more

They do it all it seems, and they do it well. I had to get my fingerprints scanned and was surprised to see the UPS store so close to my house was an option. I went in and was quite pleased by the level of chill, kind, and helpful service I received. The young folks running the store had things well in hand and were quick to offer me support with the device and assist me with the process when I had some issues getting it to work. So rare these days to find people who will treat you with the level of kindness and attentiveness I got from them for a routine retail interaction. Very much appreciated :) read more

The service here is just terrible. First off there is NO AC in here within 5 minutes tops I was sweating. I had to wait almost 30 minutes just to get pages printed. After the wait it took an additional 15 minutes because they couldn't figure out how to print in color so so I decided to leave. There were 3 people here and 1 didn't know what to do at all. The 2nd person was doing everything in the store and the 3rd person despite seeing me looked at me and then proceeded to the back. It seems like no one knows what they're doing here. There is no reason as to why it should have taken this long just to print pages...the icing on the cake was that I was the only person in here. Just wanted to hop on here and express my gratitude to one of the workers here. I had a fingerprint appointment and one of the workers here helped me out. From around 2:15 until 3PM we were trying over and over again to register my fingerprints in the machine. The worker (I believe her name was netali) helped me every step of the way although the machine was very frustrating. I was surprised at the patience she had for me (my hands were sweaty). I would recommend this place to a friend because the customer service was excellent. read more

The level of customer Service since this place was sold for the third time since I rented a box here has gone down. I've gotten to know the previous two owners on a pretty good level. The current owners seem a little standoffish. So much so I closed my box here and rented at another location. read more

Called just to confirm that a returned package was received. Took 30 minutes and 4 calls to confirm that the package was received even though it should not had been returned in the first place. Have to drive 5 hours round trip out of my way due to UPS's incompetence with delivering a small envelope. read more

I should have read the other reviews. I had a box and pre-paid label and all I needed was a little bit of tape for the printed label but they wanted to charge me $2. I have been returning my rented textbooks for school at other ups locations the same way I tried to return this book but never in the past 4 years have any other ups location charged me for tape. I told the girl I could tape it myself three times before she finally let go of my box. I'll go to another location from now on read more

DO NOT COME HERE... FIND ANOTHER UPS STORE!! First of all it stinks of B.O. And I was overlooking that due to a quick drop off. However, I didn't read reviews first and the guy that mentioned tape was correct. They charged me to tape up my package. No other UPS store has. That was the difference over using USPS. To make matters worse, he raised the rate from one dollar to two bucks for a single piece of tape. These guys are in the business of screwing over college kids. Best advice is to tape ahead of time, drop off the package while holding your nose and run for cover. read more

Excellent service. They do notarize articles for you. Prices depend on how many signatures. For one it is 10 dollars. I notice they do engraving on articles they sell as well. Clean store. Helpful man there today. read more

Was driving from Miami to New Jersey a few weeks ago after finalizing a real estate deal. I thought it was all wrapped up with all the papers signed and Notarized when I left Miami. After a few hours of driving was told that some of the attorneys didn't like the Notarization, and needed it done over. I asked my daughter in NJ to find me a branch of my bank or any place to get a 50 page document witnessed and my signature Notarized. The bank had too many hoops to jump through. She the got me to The UPS Store on University in Orlando. Those people were my saviors. Knew exactly hat needed to be done, were calm and very efficient printing out the whole document anew. Easha, one of the owners who was also a Notary, precisely filled out the detailed Notary paragraph after I and two witnesses she had there, signed. Emailed it back to the attorney. I got the OK from the firm that it was perfect and was on my way in about 1/2 hour. What an experience. Thank you, Easha. You were a deal saver!! RUDE CLERK! GO TO A DIFFERENT UPS STORE! I would not recommend this location! Visit any other store. The rude clerk was working there on 3/26/15 @ noon. The purpose of my visit was to ship an item for return. I had my shipping label, my own packing tape and I had bubble wrapped my item. All I needed was a box. So I watched as he measured the item and immediately begin typing on the keys of the register. The amount due... almost 6! I asked why so much for a box and reminded him that I had a pre-paid label. He was offended and told me the box was ~3 and then remainder was the fee for packing the box along with the tape. I responded, "That's ridiculous!" At this point, he began to scold me and tell me that every store charges that much. LIAR, because I left and went to the store near UCF,on Alafaya, and they only charged me for the box. read more

This is the closest UPS Store to me so it's convenient. I've used them about 3-4 times and each time has been very pleasant. The young man that works there is very detail oriented. I really enjoy it when he's there. When the owners, I believe they're Indian, are there, they're also nice to work with as well. Not as friendly as the young man but they get the job done. I once arrived 5 minutes prior to closing and the young man had no complaints or attitude about my order including a notary, copies and then shipping. He was pleasant the entire transaction. I have used their copy, fax, shipping and notary services. I can't complain about them. Is there a surcharge to use USPS? Yes but it beats driving further and fighting the post office crowd. read more

Do not go here! They will charge you extra for a simple flat rate box! They wanted $70 for a small box! Long wait time and horrible ripoff.

I am very happy with the services of the owners of this stores ..they were prompt on the attending my requirements even there were so many people standing but they had 3 people working and all were well dressed and equipped with all knowledge to solve all customer queries. I also have visited other stores in area but I didn't find 3 people working in any shift also the owners themselves work in all shifts so we always get correct and accurate advise. few days back I wanted to drop off my books and I went to other location after reading positive reviews of other location but to my surprise my experience was totally opposite then others and I was told to charge 3$ while this location did it free for me as it was small box and university blvd guys told me that they charge 2$ if its big box as UPS don't provide free taps and the owners have to pay for tap from their pocket so they have to charge for this if its just drop offs. I loved the customer service and new ambiance and the approach of the owners of the stores was the cherry on the cake they were so calm while explaining and answering all my questions. I don't mind paying 2$ for taping if I get the proper answer and response. I request all to visit on own and don't go by the reviews as some time its good to experience on our own. read more
