It's about a mile and a half walk away from our hotel. We decided to brave the heat and humidity. It's a small 3rd party mailing center located in a small strip mall and it has AC. Yes! Haha! The gal at the counter was very patient, helpful, and friendly. She patiently answered all our questions and provided us with what we needed to get our pieces of mail sent out.

THINK TWICE before dropping off a package at THE UPS STORE at 1170 TREE SWALLOW DR in WINTER…read moreSPRINGS, FL. Your package may never reach its intended destination. On 07/24/26, I handed them a $963.00 laptop that was being shipped back to the seller and the package went missing shortly after. The owner, Benny, accepted no responsibility. His logic was that since the seller created the label and not The UPS Store, his store was 100% absolved. Wrong!! When a customer hands over their package to a UPS Store employee, they have a responsibility to make sure the package makes it to the Longwood UPS Processing Center. This is not the first time a package I have dropped off at this location went missing, which tells me there is a breakdown in processes. But Benny wasn't interested in that. He only wanted to wash his hands of the situation. Alarming, to say the least. I will provide an update on how UPS handled the situation, when I know it. I would recommend finding a different UPS Store to ship your packages from, however.

Horrible service at this UPS store by the new Publix near the airport. I went into an empty store…read moreand both girls would not even acknowledge my presence, they both looked at me from afar and went back to what they were doing. I then asked "hello, do you all do passport photos?". They both looked at me and reluctantly one stated that they do. I kind of waited and said that I needed one done to which one of them said "ok" yet neither of them even approached the counter. One picked up a camera and started fiddling with it. After a couple of minutes of me just standing there I asked, "what is the cost of a passport photo?", she then looked at me, in disdain, and stated, "I'll be right with you". After another couple of uncomfortable minutes, I simply walked out. You definitely can't reason or expect a rational response with people like this. I don't know if that person was having a bad day, but I do know neither of them deserve to be at the counter in any type of customer service position. I've only been to this place on one other occasion where there was a gentleman of Indian descent, and he was very pleasant to deal with. I hope the owner is aware of what his employees are doing to his business. I will never enter that location again.

The copies came too light, like the printer did not have enough ink, and the worst thing is they made the sets in a poster paper, you can not fold the set to place it in any envelope. That is why it was so expensive, who asked for that paper? I talked to Steve, the manager, he did not take any responsibility. Never again with that branch, maybe never again with Fedex.
