(This review isn't about him). There were a couple that need a signature but no notary. As the excellent male customer service representative started his side of the transaction of notarizing, the rudest csr service rep, CHRISTINE or CHRISTINA , I believe, came and tried to physically shove me out of the way as she had taken over excellent machine. Since I wasn't aware that this rude woman would be there. I finished gathering my many papers and finish the date where she shoved me with the weight machine that excellent had moved for our transaction. It was the most unfriendly, rudest, lack of customer service experience I have ever had. I wondered why there were negative reviews, and while the person taking care of me was phenomenal, I was so taken aback by this action. She's probably responsible for all the negative reviews. My family works for UPS, and is very friendly and thoughtful to his customers. UPS is a great company to work for so not sure what her problem is. Maybe a one off but in my younger years I would have returned physical pushback with the same. She is an older woman so she obviously hasn't matured to that level. Fingers crossed for her.

I went into an empty store…read moreand both girls would not even acknowledge my presence, they both looked at me from afar and went back to what they were doing. I then asked "hello, do you all do passport photos?". They both looked at me and reluctantly one stated that they do. I kind of waited and said that I needed one done to which one of them said "ok" yet neither of them even approached the counter. One picked up a camera and started fiddling with it. After a couple of minutes of me just standing there I asked, "what is the cost of a passport photo?", she then looked at me, in disdain, and stated, "I'll be right with you". After another couple of uncomfortable minutes, I simply walked out. You definitely can't reason or expect a rational response with people like this. I don't know if that person was having a bad day, but I do know neither of them deserve to be at the counter in any type of customer service position. I've only been to this place on one other occasion where there was a gentleman of Indian descent, and he was very pleasant to deal with. I hope the owner is aware of what his employees are doing to his business. I will never enter that location again.

Most of my visits here I admit is out of convenience since they do Amazon returns, this service has hopefully help sustain their business although I don't know what that revenue model looks like. My most recent visit was to complete a Amazon return - there were a number of customers ahead of me but this location is always staffed sufficiently so it's never more than a few minutes before you're standing at the counter to complete your transaction no matter what it is. I try to be prepared so my package is boxed and taped securely with all prior labels removed or blacked out and my QR Code provided by Amazon is ready to scan. It a very easy and efficient process and free of charge. These guys are awesome so I know I'll be returning again and again...

I visit this location mostly to return items back to Amazon…read more It's conveniently located on my way home from work so it's easy to stop and quickly drop off my returns as I'm passing through. For this particular service, I haven't had any issues with the staff and they have always been friendly and quick to assist me in this process. I usually ask for a return receipt and they comply promptly. This is a small store so they might be limited on services or some items usually found at larger UPS stores, but all in all, they do a good job and I haven't had any problems yet.

These papers are going to a judge in another state and it would be nice if he could read it. One would think a notary could print legibly, especially when being paid. I did still give 4 stars because all the employees (including the notary) were so very friendly and helpful. They were all smiles! I'm going to need more papers notarized in the next six months and I'll still return here, I'll just ask him politely to please print neatly. =) I also wouldn't hesitate to use this store to ship things for me.
