This is a newer location between Subway and Ross in the Super Walmart Center off 17-92 in Sanford. This store is in a convenient location for me so I will be back, great job!

Although it's located in a busy shopping center there is plenty of parking and if you're hungry there's a Subway right next door and if you want to go shopping the Ross Store is on the right.

I contacted America's Props and Events in early June…read more2026 in hopes of having a custom made foam prop for a client hired event at the end of 8/29/26. It took nearly a month to obtain an estimate from the company citing a family emergency. I should have walked away then but being a small business owner myself and understanding life happens, I gave them another chance. Once the estimate was provided, it took another few weeks for me to receive a proof to approve. Once I approved, I sent payment. This was 7/22/26. The following day I noticed the amount was higher than the amount approved and a duplicate charge was made. I contacted them immediately regarding the duplicate charge and was informed that it would be taken care of. I waited patiently for a couple weeks but no refund had been received, I began following up with them and was told repeatedly they were "working" on it and I should receive it within a few days. Over and over this same discussion. Then I started questioning whether the product was complete and when I could expect the it to be shipped because the event was now rapidly approaching. Finally the item shipped on 8/18/26 which I was notified of by the shipping company letting me know they had received my item for shipping. Upon receiving this notification, I noticed I had been charged nearly DOUBLE the agreed shipping charge without ever receiving an invoice, estimate for approval or correspondence of the large increase. I contacted the company immediately and they told me they didn't want the item to be late so they simply charged my card they had kept on file. I requested a refund for the additional not agreed upon funds drafted and a break down of all charges. I was told repeatedly that they were "working" on my refund and they would send me the break down. I did received the item on 8/26/29. I contacted them a final time on 8/31/26 with a timeline breakdown and a final request to obtain the above mentioned items. The representative sent an email saying I would have a break down of all charges by Wed 9/2/26 and my refund would be received no later than Tuesday, 9/8/26, then asked me for photos of the event display. As of 12pm today 9/8/26, none of these things has been received. I have now contacted my bank to dispute the charges and have made a report to the BBB. So disappointing.
