Deceptive Practices and Poor Quality - Avoid Solid Print 3D
I entrusted Solid Print 3D with a kitchenware prototype, paying $596.40 based on assurances from their representative, Will, that they would use Polypropylene (PP) due to its suitability for my product. Instead, they used PETG, a brittle material that is prone to breaking.
Upon pickup, the product was incomplete and required on-the-spot adjustments. Even after assembly, parts broke immediately. When I raised concerns, they blamed the design--a flat circular lid splitting in two is clearly a material issue, not a design flaw.
This wasn't my first time doing business with them, but their focus seems more on making a quick sale than building lasting customer relationships. Their actions were unethical and unprofessional. I cannot recommend Solid Print 3D. read more
