Wow! 5 Stars for a super quick turnaround and great customer service. I've been looking for a new printer since my last one flaked on me for an important order recently (grrrr) and after checking Yelp, I found Sir Speedy. It's conveniently located in Downtown Orlando, so perfect for picking up a rush order. Shari answered the phone and helped me with questions I had about placing a printing order for the next day. This order included regular 8.5x11 printing as well as large foam board, full color printing. It was a bit complicated and required some follow-up calls between me and Shari to get the bleeds right, but she was a dream to work with the whole way through. Overall, I'm a sucker for great service with a smile and a laugh and that's what I got with Sir Speedy. That, and reasonable prices on a quick order means I'll be using them again soon! read more

They were the most expensive quote. They printed a proof of a conference booklet... then sent it to me.... there was smudging on one page. They never checked it after they printed. They sent me a second one. Now they actually charged my credit card for both proofs and expedited shipping. I did not approve this and actually called and talked to the owner. The owner did not care to listen... just had his point that he wanted to make. Highly a waste of time and money. I did not go with them... obviously. They charged me over $100 for nothing - except aggravation right before my event. Run far away from these guys. read more

I knew however I could not forget this time since I feel that Laurence at Sir Speedy Orlando went the extra mile for me, that I could not let him down! He was expectational, went above my expectations, he prompted, professional, and perfectly priced (can in lower than the surrounding area printers)! I was in need of a quick turnaround for a convention I was going to in Maryland. I went there on a Tuesday afternoon, with no other reference but Yelp and Google reviews. They had everything ready by Thursday afternoon. The pamphlets were beautiful and spotless. They definitely exceeded my expectations. I sold most of my products at the convention and I'm pretty sure it was in great part for the quality. This will be my go-to place for all future jobs, hands down. I had the pleasure of working with Sir Speedy in Orlando, FL for Microsoft Tech Ed, one of the largest conferences in the United States, with 10,000 attendees. I placed an order for custom shirts and a large banner. Sir Speedy did my order wrong. Why did I give them 5 stars? Because they were exceptional in getting the order to me on the trade show floor and than FIXING the problem by the next day. The banner was perfect, exactly as I had designed it. They even went to the trouble of hand-making me a special tool for putting the banner up at NO CHARGE, as Union Rules stated I could not climb on a table and hang a banner myself. The shirts we had to work on the quote a bit, but the shirts came in on budget and were delivered to the conference center. Unfortunately, we both used a generic term for the shirts, so the actual shirts were different than ordered. We got the problem worked out and the replacements were delivered the next morning, on time. The staff at all times was exceptional, and I don't say that very often. Trish is the bomb and should get a raise. My only comments: 1) When ordering from them, make sure each detail of your order is spelled out in writing. Our mistake could have been avoided if we had a precise description, instead of a general one. 2) The Union charged us $500 to deliver two boxes from the loading dock to our booth. Get Sir Speedy to bring you your order to your booth during set up times instead, saving yourself the delivery fees. I would recommend working with Sir Speedy for any event, and plan to use them for our next trade show. read more

I've been using this Sir Speedy location regularly for about five years now. Their service is consistently fast, professional, and friendly. It's really nice to have a reliable printer to fall back on. When push comes to shove and you need something printed the next day, or even same day, they're always ready to help get it done. (But I try not to abuse their quick turn-around times!) Everyone from the front desk staff to the printers and graphic designers to the billing team is a pleasure to work with. Sir Speedy totally saved me this past week. I was in Orlando for a conference and needed an emergency reprint of an academic poster, with super specific measurements. My colleague lost the poster in airport security on the way down so I was trying to sort out a new option during my 30 minute layover in DC. Trisha at sir speedy responded immediately. Sir Speedy is horribly horribly overpriced and their quotes lie, they charged me additional charges on top of the quote I agreed to. Do not trust this company. It is a massive waste of your money. Online companies are far cheaper and more effective. Sir Speedy gave me a quote which was for mailers delivers directly, my invoice said it included postage/shipping/etc. However Sir Speedy claimed later it didnt and wanted to charge me $2500 for 5000 crappy postcards. My quote from another company was cheaper WITH postage included. I cancelled my order (which I had requested to be spread out in small amounts early on) but was not refunded my money. Do not use this overpriced company. read more
