So this is a big issue. Expensive and does not understand how shipping works and often quotes very high prices to ship something that is twice the rate of the post office. They have quoted me outrageous fees to mail basic stuff. They have zero concept of competitive shipping. Called UPS directly and they said sometime next week I should get some new information on my delivery options. Well, it's a phone I ordered and planned on setting it up this weekend. Absolutely terrible service, and I cannot believe she drove right past and didn't even bother to check the address for a final delivery. I will never use them again!
