He didn't leave his vehicle or anything. I thought he must be busy or something so I decided to wait for him to ring my door bell. Guess what, he drove away and an hour later I get a message saying tempted delivery and "Customer Not Available or Business Closed Recommended action: Delivery will be re-attempted the next business day" WTF. I was really upset. I called FedEx right away. I told her to add a note and she promised that it won't happen again. So Amazon worker are able to find the house. Canada Post is able to find the house. UPS is able to find the house. DHL is able to find the house. But not FedEx. Wow! and he parked right in front too. Sounds like FedEx employee just drives around not trying to deliver any package. So incompetent. DO NOT SHIP WITH FedEx.

Worst delivery carrier in canada hands down . Zero accountability. Zero customer service…read more I used them to get a delivery done for a TV. Making it a high value item. It was told it would be delivered on Tuesday but here i am told the package is delayed cause I'm not home . Its Friday now and iv been home for 4 days straight waiting for them to call the buzzer. Each day they dont bother coming up to the buzzer or call. Instead everyday they tell me the driver rang the buzzer thou we have a camera as well as a log of who buzzes us at home . What kind of delivery service are they even running here in canada . Should be ashamed when they charge so much and dont even want to make an effort to rectify the situation . The worst and stay away . I would give them a zero if i could .
