I needed a rush printing done for a conference poster, and they were the only place open and…read moreavailable for rush printing, so I was hoping that they were good. Luckily they were beyond excellent!!! I submitted my file to be printed in the early afternoon, and the poster was completed by the late evening, and delivered to the place I was staying. Unfortunately, I had fallen asleep, and I missed the delivery person. When I woke up an hour later and realized what had happened, I called and the person I spoke with was very helpful and understanding. They called a taxi and were able to get it back to me within 20 minutes. The price was also quite reasonable, comparable to the subsidized rush printing service offered at my university. I would absolutely recommend them, and would unquestionably make use of their services again if I ever needed them.

I was shocked to see such bad quality picture, pixels and colour on the business card. My picture was 4 shades darker than the original one, I had provided him. The business cards were not cut symmetrical either. Even after accepting the over 15 days delay they gave me the worst shabby business cards ever seen. Charged my credit card and refused to refund amount, even after I spoke respectfully, requested them to accept all 3 flaws. They are very unprofessional, sad and bad experience. The first time I visited, I was unfamiliar with the return process and had not packaged my Amazon return properly. Instead of calmly explaining what I needed to do, she raised her voice and was visibly irritated -- a completely unnecessary reaction for a customer service role. On my second visit, I waited patiently in line for several minutes, only to be skipped over so she could assist a man who arrived after me. When I politely pointed this out, she mocked me, in a language other than english, to her co-worker, which was both unprofessional and disrespectful. There are plenty of other UPS locations where the owners and staff treat customers with basic courtesy. I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend it to others.
