However, once we have discovered that sign needed to be adjusted slightly to provide access to the back, and asked the owner to come and see it, he refused angrily saying that "my job is done, so I am not coming." We paid a good chunk of money and got a terrible customer support afterwards. They are located in Richmond, and requesting the owner to come anywhere that is not close to it is futile. Make sure to order a sign elsewhere, where you will get a friendly and responsive follow up service afterwards, as it is crucial.
