Best rates and service! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Their hours are great and being open six days a week is very helpful.

Amazing staff and friendly fast service make this the very best pick up location for US packages. Their location is only a few short blocks from the border. It's inexpensive compared to other similar companies I've tried and my dog is welcome to visit for hugs whenever she's with me! read more

Very heartily recommend as I have been using them for years. The only package place that I deal with in Sumas.

Absolutely the best service and prices I've found! The staff are amazingly knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend them!

Best, efficient service. Prices are crazy low so please leave a tip so we can continue to use this place.

Service is excellent. Rochelle is very kind and funny. If you need a text to confirm a parcel has arrived she responds quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!! read more

I love this parcel receiving service! The owner must have a photographic memory because she knows exactly where my parcels are every time and often has them ready for me as soon as I come in! Having used other services where my parcels have been misplaced, pic it up is my go to from now on! The prices are fabulous and they will hold your packages until you can come in to pick them up.(unlike usps who sends it back 14 days after it's received) read more

These guys are the absolute best. When the boarders were shut they held all of our packages the entire year or so without complain. Always a friendly face and never a complaint about how large or small the packages are. I don't agree with nocking stars off because of a small price hike. If $1 more per package is needed to pay the increased costs of heating and doing business then they have my full support. Lets keep these guys in business, they are worth it. read more

Super people and will stay open for you if your running late. And cheaper than the others. read more

Rick and his staff ought to become case studies in business schools on how to deliver great customer service. They care. Out of the countless times I've used their service, I did have a problem once. Rick searched and searched but couldn't find my package. So he called in his assistant Crystal to help look. Still no luck. Finally the package was located (it had not only slipped behind a shelf, but into another bin) So they didn't charge me, and profusely apologized. Any customer who can't see the value in folks who bend over backwards and take owne rship of problems when things go wrong is a fool. These folks are friendly, funny, and take the time to learn your name which is just insane commitment. I've even saw a customer order three, huge oversized items on two pallets (normally $15 for pallet items). Rick charged him $9, his normal rate. I asked why he didn't insist on the $30 it normally would have cost. "It's all good", shrugged it off, and went right back to fetching other customer's items. Amazing. Edit: Friday January 19, 2018 Knocked a couple of stars off the rating as they have been getting much slower as of late. Lineups are common now. The price also went up from $3 to $4, a 25% price hike. Doesn't seem like much until you're picking up 3 packages that used to cost $9 will now cost $12. So they're still A-OK, but not the 5-stars they used to be. read more

Excellent customer service, friendly staff, very reasonable prices ($3 Canadian per pkg) and no ridiculous storage fees (like nearby similar services...24/7). Owner Rick even puts in the effort of remembering and calling his repeat customers by name. Service with a smile! I have had many, many packages delivered here, with never a problem. Will continue using their service and recommending them every chance I get. read more

I was at your business Aug. 28 2019 & picked up 5 items, the lady that served me was very unfriendly, no smiles, no thank you. It seemed like I was a burden to her. If you hate your job serving people please get a job were you don't have to deal with the public. read more

Rochelle rocks , been coming here for a few years , best service ever, just say your name (don' spell it ever) and approx. the size and they will find it. Amazing staff Amazing prices. read more

been using pic it up for a few years now & they never disappoint. sometimes i forget to pick up my packages for weeks but that's never a problem. love all the pic it up staff especially rochelle & i am looking forward to being able to cross the border to get my packages again read more

Very friendly and helpful. They are the best sumas has. Why people deal with the others is beyond me. I've used the"others".

Best by far in Sumas. Not as fancy as others but excellent on price and good service.

I've been using them for just over a year and have nothing but good things to say about them. No memberships or yearly fees, just pay when you pickup. $3 a package so the price is right. They are always nice and love that they email you when the package arrives. Plus walking distance from the border so don't even take the car over when I'm just picking up a. Box. Use them. read more

Great service, good prices. Sometime I walk in and my packages are already on the counter -yup she saw me getting out of my car! Photographic Richelle memory helps her run a quality service. Kudos to them all. read more

Although the price per package is now $3 American, regardless of the size and weight, it's still a great deal and the staff are wonderful. It's a small operation but there's lots of space for all the packages. Rochelle rocks! read more

Package was delivered by UPS. Store cannot find the package and is not returning our phone calls or emails. Very poor customer service.

I've dealt with Rick since he first opened up. I even helped distribute his cards around my campus. He has always provides great, quick, and honest service. If you go there enough he takes the time to remember your name. read more
