My experience with City Errands was very poor. At first I called them to inquire about their service. The person on the phone asked me to send them an email instead of explain anything to me. I then continued to sending them a request through email, but got no response from them. Almost a week later, two days before I needed their service, I figured something was wrong, so I sent them another text to follow up (because they didn't follow up with me). I was then informed through text that they had issues with their email and didn't respond to my request even though they had received it. Moreover, they were now completely booked and can't get my delivery done. I'm now stuck with $400 worth of food and am in need of a different service to do my delivery. I highly recommend if you like to shop; it's so frustrating to wait days and even weeks to get purchases. I've used City Errands a couple of times and I cannot endorse them enough!!! The first time I hired them was to help me move into a new space. The whole process was easy from start to finish. Booking was a breeze, the guys showed up right on time, they were extremely efficient and I didn't have to lift a finger. They packed up all my things and moved them into the truck with a lot of care and then unpacked everything in my new space exactly where I asked them to. Because they were so great I later hired them to pick up a dresser from IKEA and then come over to build said dresser. Once again they did an efficient and professional job... Not to mention... You cannot put a price on watching cute guys build IKEA furniture while you sit back and have a coffee.
