The team at K&H communicate well together, and if there's ever an issue (usually human error on my part), or a rush order to arrange, a quick phone call to Audrey is all that's needed to quickly relay the message to dispatch and sort out. If something escalates for Melyssa to handle, she is very thorough and follows up until the issue is concluded and we are satisfied. Melyssa also helped set up our account and put me at ease by entering detailed directions and contact info for a recurring pickup at a complicated North Van jobsite with no physical address including Saturday service. With so many things on the go, it's nice to know that we can trust the team at K&H to pick up and deliver on time, especially with critical samples going to labs. K&H prices are also considerably lower than the previous local courier company that we had been using.
