When I got there, they had no idea what was going on. 30 minutes later they (the shipping staff there) have got it all sorted out for me (shout out to the lovely female manger who I only dealt with on the phone but jumped through all the hoops for me) and i've got a gift card in the mail!

Well, we waited for the whole week, even counting the days and delivery was "running late". We checked our invoice and for our surprise, the delivery was set for another week. So I called The Bay's 1800 number and I was on hold for almost an hour, then we decided to call the store in Langley, 45 minutes in, still on hold and nothing. We try the 1800 twice more and no live representative. So, I decided to go directly to their main warehouse in Richmond, the security guard, real customer service person, was incredible, then the warehouse Manager came and told me that he couldn't promise anything, but he would try to get me the mattress. Not even 15 minutes waiting and I was told that the mattress was ready for pick-up. Amazing service, I wish I could have gotten their names, I cannot say the same about their 1800 customer line though nor their store in Langley, those two were MIA big time. I am glad I drove to the Richmond warehouse, well worth it including travel time. Great and very helpful people working there.

I feel the staff at this location are under trained and misinformed. It's not their fault. it's the fault of their manager. I'm a very unhappy customer and will never recommend this business. And I feel bad for the staff who handle their customers, because they are obviously ooorly trained and not familiar with working and talking to the public.

The staff were incompetent and uneducated on the phone when I originally spoke to them about bringing the phone in for repairs but it was about to get so much worse. After 2 hours of leaving my phone with them I went back to pick it up to be SHOWN (keep that in mind) and told that the repairs were done but they could no release my phone to me as their systems were down and they couldn't "complete testing" and I would have to return tomorrow to pick up my phone. The next day I received a call telling my again, my phone WAS fixed but they could not release my phone to me as there was an issue with my insurance and I had to call them. 1.5 hours after being on the phone with the insurance company it was clear that Mobil Klinik had fraudulently tried to make claims against my insurance for repairs that were not needed on my device, they also had CANCELED my originally claim and tried to file their own. The insurance company was refusing to pay the store as they had violated the terms of their agreement and that was why they were refusing to give my phone back. This is ILLEGAL! After many talks back and forth the insurance company spoke with the store who claimed "they had never actually performed the repairs, therefore their claims were not fraudulent and I could come pick up my phone." WOW if you remember back, I PHYSICALLY held my phone in my hands the night before with the repairs having been completed, I informed the insurance company of this and that in fact this BUSINESS had LIED AGAIN and was still being fradulent!!! I got a phone call from the store who said i could now come pick up my phone but "wanted to know if I wanted to pay for them to fix my phone". I told them I wouldn't not be giving them a dime and I was coming to pick up my phone in 20 minutes and would be taking it in whatever condition it was currently in. the lady became frantic saying she needed to know if I was going to pay for the repairs to which I told her I knew they had lied to my insurance company and already fixed my phone and that I would NOT be paying for anything. At which point this not so lovely human being HUNG UP ON ME. I never in my life have dealt with a business who is so shady, lies, cheats, steals has the worst customer service and holds people personal property hostage. When I picked up my phone these horrible people had put my BROKEN back glass back onto my phone in MUCH worse shape then when I dropped it off, and tried to claim they had never done anything. They arrived on time but only brought two dollies with them. It would have taken at least 30 trips down 17 floors to remove everything. I told them to come back the next day with proper tools to do the job. The next day they brought a bin with them but it was too large for the elevator. Back to the shop in Coquitlam for a smaller bin. Even with all of the inconvenience to me, they still charged full price of over $600. The guys were polite and all, but this company has to provide them with the tools to do the job efficiently.

They did not want to offer any quote prior to coming over for the appointment because they said, they have to see exactly the quantity of the items. Unfortunately, my family agreed. When they got there (I was there), they quoted that a full load on a 15footer truck is Can$597.00 and for the garbage, it is only a third of the full price. We immediately thought it was very steep since it only cost us Can$450 on the regular mover who did an excellent job. Since we were running out of time, we agreed to it. They said that the furnitures have to be done first so they can donate them to Goodwill. After being gone for about one hour, they came back with the same load saying they cannot donate to goodwill. BTW, the furnitures were in excellent condition and I have pictures to prove it. Now, because they came back, they want the same furniture load counted as a separate load making the total cost for disposal of both the furnitures and some other junk to Can$1,393.00. Ridiculous, right? We were getting ready to just have them unload the furnitures from their truck and do them ourselves. Finally, they agreed to Can$820.00. I phoned Customer Service on April 26th and they were supposed to have corrected it and said delivery would be the next day. It contained important tax forms for my tax return. Today is May1st and the package has still not arrived at the destination. I call Customer Service every day and I am assured it will be there the following day. It never arrives. Their excuse originally was that it had an invalid code. It was then changed and the tracking showed severe weather conditions. They have now deleted this and changed it back to invalid postal code. The severe weather conditions is an outright lie as in Vancouver and it's suburbs we have had warm sunny weather for over a week. Tp say their service is disgusting is an understatment. I will never use UPS again. What a waste of $26 and hours of time on the phone.

I pointed it out on the UPS app that it said "arrived at pickup location" , and after he went to check again, arrived no more than 10 seconds later with a smirk and look of embarrassment on his face.
