Terrible Billing Service. Lazy Drivers…read more Called to get freight picked up and delivered in the same town. Requested power tailgate, and for them to contact me 15 minutes before arrival. I get a call saying that the driver is waiting for me. (No 15 minute arrival warning) They load up, and are off to the new location. At the new location, the driver does not want to use the power tailgate and insists we ask our neighbors to use their forklift. 2 weeks later I get a call. They want to charge me extra for using the tailgate twice. Apparently they didn't quote for the tailgate then said I never asked for it. That was the second question I asked (First one was to see if they can pick up and deliver the same day). I was sending them to a residential area to pick up pallets!! Then they said that the driver wrote down that they used it twice after getting my neighbor to unload it. (Lazy driver) Will not use again. If you get a quote from them get it in writing, because they will surprise you with additional charges after that will DOUBLE the original quote.
