Great location. Each time I come for returns - they are extremely helpful, above and beyond. Wonderful location!

All the employees were very rude and treated us like we were less than. Let many other customers in front of us despite us being in the store first. The lady that helped us wasnt wearing a name tag, and asked us for what email we used, when we said what it was she said the return slip name instead and insisted she said that so we just didnt fight it. Very bad experience at this location. Rude employees slamming around boxes and looked annoyed that they had to take our business an hour before closing. I will literally drive to another location than come back here even though it's closer to me. read more

Buyer Beware! I brought a book into the North Ogden, Utah UPS store to have a book spiral bound , who I thought were professionals and new what they were doing.. My mistake!!!!!! They put a spiral binding that was too small and defeated the whole purpose of why I was having it professionly bound, they When I went back to the UPS store to inquire about having them redo their mistake when and take shredding (additional business) I was told that I would have to pay for a new spiral binding The UPS store does NOT stand behind their work and they were very rude and dismissive, the "manager" Sasha was very rude and Juliet couldn't even communicate with me about the situation, I had to ask her to please go ask the manager, Sasha I've been into the North Ogden UPS store and asked a direct question to an associate and Sasha would not even let the other employee communicate with me and spoke up completely disregarding the associate trying to help me and the poor girl looked down at the ground and it was clearly upsetting to the employee just trying to do her job. read more

I only really use them for dropping off packages that I have pre labeled ahead of time or Amazon returns so I cannot speak to the full range of service they offer. I did get my digital fingerprints taken here and it was quick and painless with an appointment. read more

This location is practicing price gouging around the holidays. Yesterday (2 weeks before Christmas) this UPS store told me it would cost $50 to guarantee my shoebox-size package would get to Maryland in time for Christmas. This morning I went to the local post office and spent $20 to have this same package delivered in 3 days. I mentioned the UPS quote to the woman helping me, and she said I was the third person that day who had told her a similar story. The UPS store has lost my business forever. read more

Decent place, but for some reason the newer employees like using my packages as bowling balls, many things I ship are fragile and it irks me when they take my package off the scale and throw it 6-10 feet towards the backroom. read more

The prices here are very high compared to the USPS. Additionally, my daughter ordered printouts via the internet, paid for them online and received an email that they were ready but when she drove there to pick up her copies, neither the worker or manager/owner seemed to know where to find her copies even after she showed them her email. She drove back home, called customer service who apologized on behalf of the local store and told her they would be ready when she went back. After going all the way back the manager miraculously had her copies for her but didn't even apologize for her trouble. Very poor customer service! Finally, I have come here in the middle of the day to mail a package and they were closed with no explanation on the door. I've been very disappointed in this business. read more

Terrible customer service. The man's name was Gabriel and I can't forget it because of how awful he was. Acted so put out just by me being there. Took me a minute to search up my shipping label and when I got them mixed up and asked which one he scanned he snottily said "I don't know you have to look it up" and gave off such sass I was shocked. I'm not the kind of person to come in with an attitude for no reason, so this was all on him. He started to finally quit acting so put out when I gave the attitude right back. It's customer service. Leave your attitude at the door and don't take it out on customers. Could learn some serious employee skills. read more

The North Ogden UPS Store is great! As someone who owns a business in the service industry, I know what it's like dealing with people. The vast majority of people are great! Anyway, I digress - my point is that despite that sampling of people, everyone in there gets the same treatment from them. It's always service with a smile and kind words. It takes a lot of patience to do that, and I applaud the owners here who take Post Office packages even though they are the UPS Store. They are kind to all who come and go. They offer advice on packing and shipping in addition to all of the other services provided by the store. read more

I went to this locations to ship 5 packages from Ogden, UT to Dallas, TX. My total was $249 with a $500 insurance, even though the contents of the packages are worth well over $500. I was told the packages would arrive within the week. 3 weeks have passed by now and I have no clue of the location of my packages. I shipped them to a post office (google told me it as another UPS store) and when I went to pick them up, they said they were not there. I asked them where they could be and they said they either returned them or have no idea what happened to them. They could not give me a tracking number and any other information. I called the original UPS store I shipped them from and they did not have any information either. They said they would call me if the packages showed up but week later, no answer. I don't know what to do to find my packages or receive any information on their location. read more

Had our passport pictures taken here. When we went to the clerks office to get our passports they would not accept the pictures. The clerk even new before I told her where we got them done. Apparently this is not a fist time thing. She said that they have called and talked to them numerous times about using photo paper not card stock to print the pictures on. When we went back to The UPS Store they would not refund us our money. Extremely irritating!! Save your money and go to Costco or Sam's club, they will only charge you $5 and do it correctly. read more
