This UPS location is dependable when doing returns but I think that's about it. The staff doesn't seem to know much about UPS and their services as far as delivery/ pickup or the UPS platform. Although very kind and relatively quick I would not recommend this location for packages of high value or importance. read more

The UPS Store is the neighborhood shipping store for me. This location is one of the few in the area but most importantly it's also open on Sundays which is rare. This location has friendly staff and very quick and efficient as far as getting in and out the door with all of my shipping needs met quickly and accurately. Parking is in the strip mall so very easy and free. read more

The people working here are not friendly. When you walk in the door and you're the only one standing there, while there workers ignore you, it's embarrassing for them. If you are busy say "I'll be right with you". Don't have a rude look on your face and ignore customers. Especially when you clearly see them walk in the door. The employees were kind and helpful. They worked with me to print out shipping labels that were formatted correctly. I also like that they have USPS drop off available. That saved me a trip. However...employees...PLEASE inform your customers how much printing will be!! I should not have to be paying FOURTEEN dollars for SIX shipping labels!!! Staples would have charged me $1.50 for all of them!! Come on. That's just not right. At least have the price per page posted where it is easily seen. I use this store frequently and have never had a problem. Yesterday I tried to mail a box of average size that weighed less than 4 lbs. The cost was $106.00 for 2nd day air. I was told there were no other less expensive options. Another employee who was not helping me said, "that's inflation". When I looked at UPS website it said there are other less expensive options - 3rd day air or ground. I'm puzzled why I was not given those options. Shipped a package 3 day select the day before the winter storm. When the storm closed the store for two days the package was no longer going to make it to the destination on time. Went into the store to try and retrieve the package, it was buried under at least a hundred packages. The front desk lady helping us said she would help us find it, we decided this would be way to much work but they ended up refunding our money because it was no longer going to make it when we needed it, which 3 day select is not guaranteed by UPS so the store absolutely did NOT need to do this. Upstanding customer service, have always been a FedEx shipper but my brother shipped this one so we ended up at UPS, will be returning to this store from now on!! read more

Typically the employees are very nice and helpful but the manager is not. Wow that was total opposite of customer service. Maybe she was having a bad day but there is never any reason to talk to customers like she talked to me. I was in the store for less than 2 minutes and the young woman who "helped" me managed to make sure I felt like a piece of scum for daring to patronize their business. I have a world of patience for folks who work in what I assume is a pretty frustrating, thankless job. But this wasn't apathy, frustration, or stress coming across--it was downright contempt. I got a notice that UPS made an attempt to deliver a package to me, but since I wasn't there it went to the UPS Access Point on White Bridge. I went to pick it up, and, after looking in the mail room, I was advised that it wasn't there. The person helping me advised me that sometimes the status isn't correct. I didn't fully understand the explanation. I was advised that my only recourse was to call the UPS 1-800 number. Today I re-checked the Proof of Delivery, and found that it was received at the Mail Room at that UPS store, and that there was proof of delivery with the name of the person who received it. I am going to update this with how this was resolved. My review could change. read more

I have been coming here to ship UPS packages for years and, yeah, I know the guy that is the cause of complaints. Though I have often wondered why he wants to run a business that seems to make him miserable, we have actually had some interesting conversations. But, I have been in several times recently and he has not been there. He may still be around as the employees that are there are not exactly bundles of joy themselves. I was dropping off a package to return to Amazon and it is a different process then returning other places like Kohl's or Whole Foods, and he said "well I guess I'll pack up these items while this lady pulls her email because she is super unprepared for this transaction" to shame me in front of everyone. He could have just asked me to step aside or explain how ups works differently then scanning a QR code, but instead he had to make me look bad. Ended up leaving cuz of him. read more

Back in September 2022 they managed to lose items I was shipping to myself b/c the airplane would not allow classic Mustang parts as a carry on. According to UPS corporate, the items never left the store, so they were either outrite stolen or thrown out with the trash! I still have yet to be reimbersed (today is Jan. 14th 2023) and at each turn I make on the phone and e-mails appear to get me nothing but hollow promices! When I spoke to Robert the manager he was going to look into it and never called me back. Three weeks later with calling daily they NEVER responded. I have to say, I much prefer Fedex. I didn't have a choice though, as I needed to return an item and the retailer sent me a prepaid label via email with instruction to drop it off to the UPS store. I packaged the item up myself and came in to the store. I asked if they could print my prepaid label, they directed me to a computer. After I printed it, they told me it was $2 for the label. In the grand scheme of life, $2 isn't the end of the world, but UPS was making making money off the shipping, did they really need to overcharge for a black and white printed piece of paper? Fedex does not charge to print their labels AND if I were to go to fedex to print the UPS label it would only have been 12 cents, not $2. (Not to mention, the receipt the UPS store printed me was on a label sticker, so if they were concerned with the cost of the labels, they could spring for a more affordable way to print a receipt.) The staff guy who taped my label to the shipment and printed me a reciept was friendly, but the service charge for me to log into their computer and hit print seems to rub me the wrong way in terms of customer service. read more

I just happened to be in the area and I went in to get THREE pages printed and they tried to charge me $7.50. I have never at any UPS store ever been charged that much for 3 basic pages with black ink, not even any color. I went to my usual UPS store on Thompson Lane and was charged $1.69 for the same three pages. The price difference is INSANE and now I'm seeing other reviews also making comments on their prices doubling on certain services. Ridiculous, I suggest going to a different UPS to get way cheaper prices. read more

Looking at the other reviews, looks like the manager here is a common source of complaints. He's an extremely obnoxious guy in his 40s -- you'll know who he is the moment you walk in. It's not a five star restaurant, and I wasn't expecting the royal treatment. I rarely feel the need to write reviews, let alone negative ones. However, the manager made what should have been a quick, painless package drop off, into an extremely uncomfortable encounter. He's extremely rude, treats customers like they are inconveniencing him, and worst of all, literally yells at his employees in front of customers. He yelled at one of his employees while I was in there with a few other customers, and it was extremely awkward and tense. UPS needs to fire this guy. read more

Friendly and fast!

I've used this store a couple of times in the last month and every time I go to there the service is great, the people are friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to get you what you need. I can't say enough about Sam, he went out of his way and stayed later than he should have to make sure I got a very important contract off. Kudos to the store. My family and I frequently use this store as it is close and convenient to our home, but after today we will be going out of our way to go to another location. I was waiting in line to drop off packages when a women walked in after me and went directly to look at boxes. I set my boxes on the counter as they were a little heavy and I was standing there for a few minutes. The girl at the counter (JESSICA OLIVE) proceeded to help this women in front of me after I had been waiting. I informed her that I was there prior to the women but she can go ahead and check her out. After she did she looked at me and said "what do you want." I informed her that her attitude was not warranted and she will not speak to me that way. She then proceeded to refuse to scan in my packages and told me that I could leave. I requested her manager and she told me he wasn't there and refused to give me any contact information for him. I called corporate and filed a complaint and requested for the manager to call me back. This was absolutely unacceptable as I was simply trying to return my packages and was treated very rudely by Jessica, who clearly has no business working in customer service. Hopefully I hear something from the store manager because as long as she is employed there we will not be back. read more

Worst customer service experience ever. Tried to print something online to the UPS store. It was a resume. When I got there, the paper was much thinner than I expected it was also binded and I had not checked binded. When I got to the store there was a disgruntled employee who was having a tiff with the other customers in the store. It took a while to be greeted. One guy was kind of nice and acknowledged me but then went back to helping the other customers. Then the disgruntled employee came to help me. I said I was there to pick up a printing job he said oh I should have recognized you by your picture. He said I left you a voicemail did you not get it. I said no, I was working. He said well this is what I've got here, and threw Around several copies of my resume half hazardly . He said I didn't know what you want I couldn't tell I don't know what you want I'm not the print guy. I stated that I wanted it on something thicker and that the binding was not correct. He showed me the thicker paper he had but stated that it probably wouldn't run through the printer. The paper was also yellow around the edges. I looked at it and just kindly indicated that would not work. He then said I'll give you $10 and you can take this copy and take it somewhere else and get it printed exactly how you want. He threw a $10 bill at me and stated that he had spent a lot of time on that today. I will never enter this store again. His tone was very rude and horrible to say the least. read more

I wish there was a no stars option. This was the rudest I've ever been treated as a paying customer. Came in to purchase packing material and pay for shipping on a musical instrument and was spoken down to the entire time. At one point I had to ask the manager if he was being sarcastic because I couldn't believe how rude he was speaking to me and thought it must be a joke... it wasn't. This has got to be flat out the shittiest UPS and staff on the planet. Super friendly and helpful. Offered to help get my boxes from the car, and I know that they always help my elderly mother get her boxes out of the car. She just pulls up in front and they help. Valuable customer service in a world where people are often moving too quickly to help others! read more

I too agree this UPS is one of the worst I have ever been to. I still use them from time to time to be a smiling face to some of the employees because the men who work there (manager/owner??) are some of the rudest, most abusive, vile, and sexist people I have ever encountered. At least most people try to hide their pain or prejudice, here it is blatant and encouraged. I actually asked the young woman if it was always like this and she said yes. I told her I was so sorry she was the target of such obvious sexism and abuse and that she had a right to call Human Resources. The men literally laughed in my face as well as call me names and try to dominate me. How come UPS does nothing about this? I understand he may own the store, but the license should be taken away or the store bought back. It gives the company a terrible name- what country do we live in? Absolutely unacceptable!
