They asked me a few questions about if I wanted it in color, double or single sided, etc. She told me that the black and white copies would be $.12. She also said that if I could manage to send it all in one email, it would save me a fee. So I did manage to fit it all in the one email, sent it to her, and she got to printing right away. She was very polite the whole visit. Also, she was very helpful. It only took me about 5-10 minutes in the store to get everything I needed and go. Quick and friendly service here. My total came out to less than $4! I was happily surprised by how cheap it was. Its a simple and small office. The staff are very nice and helpful. They got the job done right, quickly. A complete failure from start to finish. I had an overnight delivery that required a signature. Not…read moreonly was it picked up late, but it was delayed multiple times. Eventually, I was told the package was "damaged" and undeliverable, forcing me to drive an hour to this facility to retrieve it. I arrived at 9:00 AM, only to be told the package "wasn't in the front" and was "somewhere in the building." The staff's excuse was that "damage" might just mean the label was damaged, which apparently made it impossible for them to find. Instead of taking an extra five minutes to look for it they told me to pull up my app, file a claim, and call the customer service line. I drove two hours round-trip for a signature-required package only to be told to talk to talk to someone on my phone. They are disorganized, lazy, and have zero interest in actual customer service. Avoid this location at all costs.

My FedEx package has remained stuck at this North Charleston, SC location since 3/14/25. I've…read morestarted two tickets, one complaint (via FedEX) and still no movement. I can't file a claim because I am not the shipper. The shipper will not file a claim because it's "easier and takes less time" to just remake my prescription glasses. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! This is a horrible business policy and a waste of resources. You can't even make an email complaint to FedEx yourself-you have to call the FedEx Customer Service and they make the complaint and give you a case reference number. That's one way to never get any complaints.
