One of the services that they advertise on the front of their building is making signs. I took in a small already fabricated metal sign on Thursday with a copy of what we wanted to put on the sign. I went back in on Tuesday mid morning just to see if there was any progress the and if they had a proof. They lost the sign in the store so I stood around for 30 minutes while they looked for it. Then I was told another employee will be in at 10:30 that may know where it was so I decided to head back over at 10:45. Once in the store, I was totally ignored by the lady that was the one that actually took my order. She was within 6 feet from me, didn't say a word and she went straight to the back room never to be seen again. That left one lady at the counter, waiting on multiple customers as they came in while the gentleman was preoccupied with something else. I was able to get his attention after 30 minutes and asked him if I could speak to him in private. That other employee ended up showing at 11:30 went back behind the counter and then all of a sudden the gentleman reached up on the shelf and I heard him say here it is. Handed it to her, and then she came over, laid it on the counter in front of me. No apology ! They just continued to go about their business.

Two negative things happened; my Uhaul reservation wasn't ready and I had the wrong combination code. At this time it was around 1pm and they closed at 5pm so i was running short on time. It was a very busy day for the staff from what i could see so it was hard for them to help me right away. Ultimately we all figured things out as a team and they were able to get me into another Uhaul rental for the same price. A bigger one! They then helped me cut the lock to the unit and had all the equipment available for me to load everything into the truck w no major issues. The manager even took me around the facility on his brand new golf cart which i thought was pretty cool! After i finished up i went to say bye to the team for all their help dealing w. the scenario I was in. They gave me a few water bottles for my long drive to FL and ultimately were happy to see me succeed. I would recommend this facility mainly for the great service & patience they provided me with.
