I went in to make some returns through Amazon and happy returns. I had the return shipping label on my phone and they told me they charge around $3! To print a label. That is extremely predatory to charge for something that is free everywhere(including them through happy returns). Fortunately I had it printed out in car which when I gave them they scanned printed out a sticker and put it on the box for free...so again it is just predatory pricing. Not sure if all ups stores do this but I'll avoid this location at all costs and go to fedex / usps / another location. To respond to the comment your charging to print a UPs label and affix it to my UPS package. The label has been paid for to ship the box you are charging $3 to thermal print a label which takes 5 seconds and may cost 5 cents a label. Your store also did this for free when I handed them my printed label I had I car some somehow scanning a piece of paper and then printing/sticking on box is free but scanning from phone costs $3...please don't try and make this seem like some reasonable thing and call it what is is - price gouging read more

It is a small store, but they do their job very well. They will provide whatever you need to pack and ship almost anything. They handle Amazon returns very well, and the personnel are very helpful. Very clean, with ample parking, and they are handicap accessible. read more

***Do NOT use this store*** I had a package shipped overnight and asked it would arrive the next day. They said it would. What they did not tell me was that it was too late that day to send an overnight and it would, in essence, be two days. This was medical equipment that I spent $150 to ship so I would not be without it. read more

Zero star for not going beyond to help , where simply to get a bag or box to tape with labels. Where 3 out of 4 can be returned, and the one with third party return ups label can't be returned unless with an original box, which was a huge box. Service is terribly slow. One of the male counter attendants is very surly. Packages do get where they need to. Mostly use this for returns.

Super nice staff... granted all I needed to do was drop three big packages off to Amazon to return but they definitely went out of their way to help me take the packages in. I'm sure they felt obligated to help me since I'm awkwardly holding packages being 8 months pregnant... but they didn't have to help me. Anyway, just for that I thought it was a great visit to the UPS. They were also super quick and scanned my return label and provided me receipts... I was in the store no more than a minute or two... of course I'm not counting the time I had to take my packages in after parking:) read more

I ship at this location almost daily. They are always very friendly and helpful. Sometimes they have longer lines but this generally happens on late in the day on certain days and is out of the control of the store. They are very efficient while remaining calm and friendly. read more

My daughter had her passport photo taken here in April. We just got a letter from the state department stating that the photo we submitted cannot be used because the image size from her chin to the top of her head is not within their guidelines. DO NOT get your passport photo taken here!!! The manager says they can retake it and give me a refund, but that still doesn't help with the hassle of dealing with this. Hopefully we'll get her passport in time for her trip. read more

The lady working the morning shift was incredibly slow and couldn't figure out how to send a package to another country. While she struggled with this for 15 minutes, her mask slipped off her face. Everyone in the long line made numerous comments about her not wearing a mask especially because she kept putting her fingers to her lips and on her face. Finally, when the line was out the door, she asked if she could take the next person. The customer asked if she would mind pulling up her mask and the UPS lady threw up her hands and said "oh for goodness sakes" very rudely. The ups lady then left this poor customer standing at the register and went back to trying to figure out the international package. Finally, after a few minutes, she took the customer's package. It was completely rude and unacceptable for a ups employee in a confined space during the holiday rush to not be wearing a mask and then to be snarky and aggressive when asked to pull it up. I'm not sure if it is just this independent UPS store or if they are all the same. I wanted to mail a padded envelope that I purchased from there store and the cost was really outrageous. $29.00 to mail a 1 pound envelope:( standard ground. I decided not to and went to the post office a few blocks down the street where I received a FREE box to put my item in and it only cost $5.95 and it arrived in the same amount of time and also had a tracking number and was insured. Wanted to charge me $3.75 to put a piece of tape on the shoe box that I was returning to Amazon. Went elsewhere and will not return.

I cannot believe UPS Store #1014 tried to charge me $3 for tape to seal up a box that had a pre-paid UPS Shipping Label on it from Comcast/Xfinity, since the documentation from Comcast says all I had to do was, "Place the pre-paid UPS label over the original UPS shipping label and drop off the package anywhere UPS Shipments are accepted." Nowhere does it state that the box needs to be sealed prior to dropping it off, nor does it state anywhere that, "additional fees may apply". So even though the information I have from Comcast states, "Comcast has teamed up with UPS Store locations across the country to accept Comcast equipment returns.", it seems that the Manager of UPS Store #1014 may need to get the memo explained to him, because after I said, "Next time I will just send the box open.", he told me did not need my business. I said okay, I will remember. Then he said remember what? I said that you all charge for tape. I do not know why the manager had to get all defensive and confrontational after one of his employees was taking care of me. No need to jump in, it was being taken care of. He did not have to get all defensive and confrontational after I made my remark. I have no problem taking my business elsewhere, since the manager recommended I do that, and per his request, I encourage everyone to take their business anywhere other than this establishment since the manager encourages us to take our business elsewhere! read more
