Which was not true because it was never delivered. The box was so damaged UPS decided to send it back to Richmond. It was coded on the tracking that they called me the sender. Which again was not true. I visited this store 3 rimes to follow up. UPS finally returned it Sept 22 crushed. The manager did try to file a claim for the insurance that they say you are entitled to unless you pay more. It was refused. I visited again today to see if I could at least get my shipping fee of over $100 refunded since they never delivered my box. The answer I got was no; they will not refund my money. They say corporate changed their policy so you can send a package from their store and it gets damaged and returned and they are not obligated to refund your money. Of course, they don't share that with the public. I will never send another package UPS. Especially since the holidays are coming up. My package was delivered safely by FedEx, after I replaced the broken contents. I plan to share this information with as many people as I can to spare anyone else of this nightmare.

This is a huge post offfice next to Chesterfield Towne Center with lots of rental mailboxes and fully stocked. It features a gift card stand, a greeting card kiosk with stationary as well as tons of packing and mailing supplies. The brick building itself is plain and its needs lawn maintenance and an exterior spruce. Hours M-F 9-5, Saturday 10-2 no passport services here, but a bit further down Midlothian, there's the Pinetta post office that has passport services.
