I paid for overnight shipping for one envelop. It cost over $100. It finally arrived 5 days later.I asked the store for a refund or even a partial refund. They reffered me to a #800. After 3 trips to the store I still have no refund. The main person at UPS told me the local store used their account to ship it. If anyone is to get the refund it will be the local store. They blame it on bad weather. How do I know what happened. In "any" event I feel i should be due a partial refund. I should have shipped it on a bus and it may have arrived sooner. Just want to give a shout out to this location of The UPS Store. I mainly come here to do my Amazon returns. No matter when I come, I'm always greeted when I walk inside, told someone will be with me momentarily (if all associates are busy), and told thank you when I leave. The associates are always friendly and efficient, and I don't think I've ever had an unpleasant experience here. I wanted to leave no stars but you can't do that on Yelp. This UPS store requires you to tape your own amazon return packages or they will charge you like $6 for a piece of tape. The parking is difficult in this location and the staff are not very helpful. If you need to go to a UPS store, I'd suggest the one on West Esplanade and Transcontinental or the big distribution center off of Central. read more

I'm always happy and then, the young man accepted my packages, looked at the labels and said would you like a receipt? Yes please, if not too much trouble? With a big smile he said, never a problem. I love this location. The store is usually very busy, however the service is fast and the team members are friendly. The overall aesthetics of the store is dated. The inside space is tiny. If your package isn't packed and ready to ship you may experience a delay. There are no self service counter spaces to prepare a package or label. Other than that, the serve is AWESOME! read more

This UPS store has the best customer service! I have used this location over 5 times over the last two years to send very important documents. Even when they are super busy, they still greet you in a friendly manner and move quickly! I wish I could remember the name of the nice woman who helped me 6 months ago... But the whole staff is generally very kind. Shot out to Melinda who helped me today! The phone was ringing constantly, she was by herself because they had just opened, yet she still had excellent customer service skills and took time with me. I needed to ship some holiday packages and this was the only day in 2 weeks I could bring in my packages. I looked on the website and saw that the store closed at 3 pm, so I rushed over, arriving at 2:45. Then I found out the store closed at 2:30 (I had looked up hours for the wrong store). The manager let me and my pile of packages in and cheerfully and professionally helped me. And then 3 more customers came in behind me! And he helped them too! Ok so usually I dont write reviews but I most definitely had to make an exception today. I came into this location today with about 20 minutes of my lunch break to spare. We walk in no greeting or anything. I immediately see why, the woman is here by herself okay. I get that but then I realize she is a manager. She was screaming at a customer about not knowing how to make a print out smaller to scan. I was appalled, so the customer comes behind the counter and proceeds to do what she couldnt within seconds. She never said thank you in the entire encounter. I understand she was frustrated that she was short handed but from a managers perspective the customer shouldnt be able to see that.
