I lost my wallet so I had no debit card or license. High tech was the only place that helped me out. My own bank would not let me take out money without a drivers license even though I had my birth certificate, ss card and a work picture ID. I could get a job but not take money out my own account. High Tech Notary is the ONLY place that will help you!!! The are friendly, professional and quick. Dont even try going elsewhere because they are the only ones that care! read more

My husband and I went to High Tech Notary to get our real ID today, and we were so impressed. They were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and helped us to figure out all the documents we needed to update our licenses. Also, I just have to add that I read on either yelp or google that this place took the best driver's license pictures ever and I concur 100%. I was offered the opportunity to take multiple pictures and pick the best one. Now that is great service! No more DMV for me. High Tech is the only place I will be using in the future. read more

Very easy and fast . Friendly staff and informative...Iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

Very friendly and efficient. Use them every time, for drivers license, notary services.

This place is great! Fast, good hours. The only reason I gave four stars is because you have to pay with cash or check.

Dealing with these folks for a long time, highly recommended. Friendly, professional and always efficient. I'll be there Monday morning, thank you read more

Kim is the only person I use for title transfers and DMV services. Great service, very professional, knowledgeable, informative, light years faster than the actual DMV and ABC Title or any business that offers the same services. I recommend them anytime the subject comes up and plenty times when it doesn't!! read more

Friendly staff, very responsive and fair pricing. They only take cash or check but make it easy for you to come back with payment.

I have to wonder why they even open the doors. they don't take credit cards which seems to exclude most people. recently I asked about accommodations for those of us who are differently-abled and was shown to the door; driving business away along with excluding the majority of people who use credit cards seems like no way to do business. read more

This place is usually crowded, but that is a testament to the fact that, even though there may be a line, these people are fast and efficient and know what they are doing. I've used them multiple times, including for driver license renewal and selling/buying vehicles/trailers. I highly recommend. read more

We recently sold a car using their vehicle title transfer service. We went there with the buyer and everything was taken care of in a few minutes. Nice having everything in one office including the notary. Best part was that we didn't have to go to the DMV for anything. High Tech Notary is one of those businesses that found a service that the State provides and does it better. They also handle vehicle registrations, plate purchases, renewals and cancellations as well as any notary service you need. If you want a specialty plate (Black Bear, LSU, Saints, etc) they have them for sale. Also looked like you could do a driver's license renewal, but I didn't ask about it. Staff was friendly and efficient. We'll use them again if the need arises. read more

High Tech Notary - Notaries Near Me - New Orleans, Louisiana

I have used this establishment several times now and have had TOP RATE service every time. I do not know the owners by any means and yet they have treated me as if I were one of their own each and every time. Anyone that I have spoken with that has been to this business has had the exact same experience as myself. I am so thankful to have found such a helping business to work with, and that has been a RARE finding! Thank you High Tech for your Outstanding relationship and keep up your Excellent dealership. read more

I left without service because of how rude the lady there was. But she wasn't rude to the customers behind me for some odd reason. The first lady I dealt with was very kind and helpful. However, the one lady that does the processing (could've been the owner) overlooked me even though I was first in line and spoke to me as though I was inconveniencing her. I just gathered my items and left. I won't give my money to a place like this. read more

Horribly horribly rude and mean. The owner was not only mean and rude to me, but also my 6 year old son. A child. You should be ashamed of yourself for speaking to a child the way you did. When we got in the car to leave, my son said he was scared of you. Way to go-you made a 6 year old child afraid you-absolutely shameful. Don't do business here. If there was less than a one star option, I would have chose it. I left and went to ABC Title in Kenner. The people at ABC were kind and professional. I was in and out in 5 minutes. read more

This is an excellent title transfer office!!! Have your proof of insurance and driver's licences at the ready and your transfer will be done in approximately 7 minutes... Best ever!!! read more

The service here is amazing. The owners are incredibly polite and everything gets done so quickly. I needed to renew my license. Instead of going to the dmv waiting all day, having to take a day off work I just came here after work and it was done within 5-10 minutes! read more

great fast, friendly service and cheaper than anyone else for Notary! I will definitely utilize them again in the future!

I've enjoyed doing business with High Tech for 10 years now. They have assisted our company as we purchased and sold 9 vehicles, we have enjoyed purchasing special license plates, getting no wait drivers licenses (he makes sure you love your picture!) and notary services of all things. They are fast, efficient and no nonsense. I think they like their clients to be the same :) read more

This place is GREAT! Fast, efficient and a pleasure to work with. So glad we found them. They are a one stop shop, very little if any waiting. Great service. read more

Have used this business for years and have tolerated the minimal aggravation and rudeness. But today the owner decided my husband spoke to loud on his phone and told him to leave. My husband has extensive hearing loss and explained to no avail. We will wait at the dmv and save the fee they charge. Obviously the hundreds of dollars I have spent there are not welcome. read more

If you like dealing with rude and incompetent people, make High Tech your go-to place. Otherwise, avoid it like you would the bubonic plague. I accompanied a friend there to get a state ID, and she was told she needed additional documentation because her address had changed since she had gotten her last state ID. The woman behind the counter gave my friend a list of acceptable documents, and when we returned to High Tech with the documents about 30 minutes later, the man behind the counter told my friend that he was not going to provide service to her. I asked why he was refusing service, and he replied that it was his business and he could refuse service to anyone he wanted to. I then asked why my friend was given a list of documents to bring back to High Tech if she was going to be refused service, and the man behind the counter threatened to call the police if I didn't leave the premises. I told him to go ahead and make the call because maybe the police might be able to get the answer to my question. He didn't make the call, and I remembered Winston Churchill's advise against engaging in a battle of wits with an unarmed opponent and left the premises. read more

DO NOT GO to this place! The man and lady that own this place are Rude. They are somewhat cordial when you are spending money there getting your car business notarized and several months later when I realize that I do not have the title to my car I went back to ask questions and I was told by the Man that you are asking to many questions and we are Not making money right Now answering your questions and we are busy. When I did my car title transfer with this company I was not told I would receive my car title in the mail and my car title was mailed to me and I did not receive my car title. And I was not told that if I did not receive my car title within the 60 days that I can get another title mailed to me for No additional fee and I was not told that after the 60 day grace period I would have to pay for the title again. Now I have to pay for another car title at DMV. I asked if I had received a detail receipt of what my charges were when I did my car title transfer and the lady said she gives the detail receipt of expenses to everyone but I remember she did not give me a receipt when I paid for my car title transfer. The lady and man that run and own this place are incompetent and not knowledgeable about what they are doing and they are Rude, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! read more
