Service has through the years been good up until recently. Delivery has become unreliable. We received an incorrect item that we cannot seem to get a return for. The customer service phone number hangs up when you mention returns and the online service is totally useless. I hate to see what appears to be the downward trajectory for a once dependable company. Although, I will be taking my business elsewhere, I hope that they can turn things around and survive in this increasingly competitive world.

I called on the following Tuesday as we did not get our cards as promised. I was told someone would get back with me. No call. On Wednesday I called again and still no answer as to what the hold up was. We were off the next 2 days for the holiday. On Monday (now 2 weeks later) I called and was told they did them but forgot to do the backs and the guy would be in that day and we would have at the end of that day. Nope! No call from them. I called that afternoon and I was told "The guy did not come and they would be done buy the end of day Tuesday". When I called Tuesday 10 a.m. to make sure we were getting that day they were so RUDE. Yes! If he comes in you will get them!! That is what she exclaimed. When we finally got them at 2:30pm and asked if a discount would be applied, the lady was so vile, foul, loud and outright unpleasant. I would NEVER EVER, not under any condition, would I recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional, incompetent. They do not even deserve 1 star.
