Amazingly ran store. The two gentlemen working were fantastic to work with and they made my experience here quick and convenient. I don't own a printer ( I know I know ) but they were helpful with me printing out my label I basically did no work at all. Staffs here at this location are extremely charming and friendly, very willing to assist and always greet you when you walk in. Norma is such a joy to work with, she is funny and warm. Horrible customer service! As soon as I walked in, the man at the counter was rude. I asked a few simple questions and he spoke to me like I was the stupidest person he's ever met. I should have had an attitude towards him for the way he was speaking to me but I continued to be nice. Just because you know everything about the place you work at, doesn't mean I do. Does it make your day better to be rude to people?? I don't get it. Please hire people who know what good customer service is. I will be going to Fed Ex now since they have better customer service, but I doubt you care anyways, since you obviously don't care enough to hire decent people. read more

This UPS Store was exceptionally fast & friendly in their service. I went in to fax a document. Both gentlemen were named Mathew. The younger Mathew, was very polite & helpful, assisting me very thoroughly. While I waited for the Fax Confirmation receipt, I stood by & couldn't help but notice how SUPER friendly & extra helpful the older Matthew was. He was also very polite when speaking with his co-worker. What a wonderful experience. I'll definitely return. read more

Great place to do business, and great people to do business with! I have never had a bad experience with anyone there, and I am there at least 3 days a week to drop off packages. To say my experience with this store was AWESOME, is simply an understatement. I shipped for the holidays to my brother & then my daughter. 1) They helped me bring the many gifts into the store - I have NEVER had a store do this before - super customer service. 2) The package to my daughter was Very Large - and when the customer service rep - saw the cost - she told me it was going to be very expensive - I thought it would be and told her I expected it. 3) Low and behold - when they packed all the gifts for my daughters box - they were able to fit into a smaller box - which meant a significant reduction in the cost of shipping - so that is what they did. Again super customer service. I just picked up my cash refund - I would never have known the difference - they could have simply kept the money. Horrible Store Manager who called me a RACIST over the telephone. Was also informed by the store manager that they DID NOT make money when you have a pre-paid package even though it was a UPS pre-paid sticker. The Manager is a bully and does not want to help you unless you purchase from their store. Shame on the Lakeline UPS store, they are a franchise and claim to have no ties with UPS. Stay far away from this store they are horrible. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE LAKELINE STORE. Take your business to FED EX. Their customer service is top notch. read more

I think I've posted one bad review in my life and this will make it number 2. I'm not sure if it was an off day for him or what, but a worker named Tim was very rude. He made me feel completely stupid when I wasn't sure where to set the boxes, and which order things went (setting box down then scanning my phone code, etc). I was slightly confused. He just stared at me like I was completely stupid. I told him "Oh I wasn't sure where to set it" and his words were "well I have the scanner here so..." I don't care if I'm the dumbest person you have ever met or not, as an employee you are supposed to help and direct, not expect people to know exactly what to do. Bite your tongue, put a smile on, and carry out your customer service. A simple smile and some direction would have made the whole thing smoother and made me feel taken care of as a customer.I love this store and in fact two of the COOLEST employees work there. They are always so friendly and nice. This dude was rude, and he needs to either work somewhere else or get a better attitude. Still love the store though. read more

Can't say enough good things about this place. Unwittingly arrived a few minutes before the store was scheduled to open. Tugged on the front door, then looked at their signage and realized I was early. Started to head back to my car when I heard the door open: an employee invited me in and completed my transaction...all before the store officially opened for the day. Amazing! read more

I've had a postal box here for almost a year. Before this, I had a box at the PakMail on Walton Way for two years and before that a box at the UPS Store Whitestone for 6 yrs. I say this, because I have had plenty of experience being treated like I am a bother. What a difference this UPS Store in Leander is from the others. The people who work there are all friendly and helpful and do go far beyond expected without being asked. And if you have met Norma then you know she is the jewel in this masterpiece. She treated me like a good friend from the day I met her and it has formed into a real friendship. I look forward to going over there to get my mail and packages and saying hello. read more

Excellent locally owned and operated UPS Store that has had friendly quick service every time I've gone in there. The owner Norma is very friendly and helpful. Just to exemplify their friendly service that goes above and beyond, on a Friday, I needed to receive an important fax that I was waiting on to be sent and even though I explained to her it would take a little longer and I could come back another time Norma offered to stay open past closing time so I could receive it. I highly recommend this place, if there were 6 stars it would earn it. read more
