She did a beautiful and thoughtful job designing the program and making changes as I requested them. Don't use their mailbox service. This particular Post Net franchise does not follow the corporate Post Net mailbox rental agreement and you will regret having to deal with the owner and his wife over them refusing your shipments. I had 6 months of mailbox rental stolen and I had to pay twice the shipping costs to receive my packages to another address because the owners had the employees refusing my shipments. VERY DISHONEST PLACE!!! Response; The only breach of contract was your company refusing my UPS & FEDEX packages while trying to milk me for more money to get a bigger mailbox, which had nothing to do with my package shipments. I called and talked with Post Net corporate In Colorado and other Post Nets in Austin and they could not understand your refusing my package shipments which had nothing to do with letter mail. If my letter mail exceeded the size of my box I would agree I needed to pay for a larger box, but that wasn't the case. Bottom line your business is exceedingly dishonest, and you chose to ignore and breach the mailbox agreement 6 months in on a 12 month rental trying to leverage more money out of a paying customer. My wife and I were looking for a local print shop for large prints of our wedding photos. Postnet had the best quote by far, and as a bonus, was the closest. The team was very responsive and answered all the questions that we had. We were impressed by that turnaround time from final approval to the prints being ready for pick up was so fast! I had not seen that they have 7 5-star and 4 1-star reviews before I contacted them. I am a retired grandfather who wrote a children's book for my grandchildren, my first book. I decided to show it at a book fair (my first) for school librarians. I need some postcards and bookmarks for this. I sent measurements for the postcards three times and mistyped the dimensions once. They wrote that I had withheld the exact specifications that the book fair required. I sent them drafts of the artwork I thought I wanted, just to get a price, and they said that I had not sized them correctly. Because of this, they wrote that they would not continue. So much for giving someone the benefit of the doubt. There is no value my saying anything about their reply to my review. It says everything by itself. read more

I had a digital print that I wanted in a certain size, and as I called around, several places told me that they could do it in the size but not in a matte finish which I need. On a whim, I saw PostNet on my phone and I sent them my project to get a quote. Within a very short time, not only did I have a YES, they can do my project, but they gave me a very nice quote which was almost $10 cheaper than some of the other places I called. I gave them the go-ahead and my project has been printed in less than 24 hours. WOW. I haven't seen it yet, but the customer service is phenomenal. I didn't want to use them because I live near Parmer and Dessau and it is a hassle to drive it, but as I have SEVERAL art projects in the works, I am going to use them for all of those projects. I'm picking up my project tomorrow and after I get it installed in this vintage mirror/photo frame, I will upload a photo so you can see their great work. read more

Needed to print. This location was the closest to where I was, charged $3.50 for ONE black and white A4 print. I should've driven back to Austin to print for free at my house. Gez. Alan, the owner, is extremely greedy. The credit card machine froze and he made me wait after he fixed the machine for the cost of ONE black and white paper. If a business really cares about .10 cent worth of charge. Good luck. Originally, I was going to drop of the UPS packages from my car. But never mind, I do not deserve this kind of service with that owners attitude. No-no. Ps. Save yourself some money and drive to the UPS for 5 cent each page, friendly staffs are always there greeting you. read more

I just want to thank Steve the manager for blaming me for my experience in the store. Regardless of her not understanding what I was saying she still could have smiled or even told me to have a good day. I will say if the music wasn't so loud in there that day maybe she would have been able to hear me. You are right I haven't been there in a year because I moved to a different location in Leander and the last time I was there she had the same negative attitude. I will say it surprised me because I would go in there all the time and never have a problem with anyone. I too work in a world of customer service so I know how thankless it is but I do appreciate you blaming me for her not smiling or her not telling me to have a good day. In a world of social media you would think the manager wouldn't be so quick to blame the customer. Lisa at PostNet went above and beyond helping me find a lost UPS package. I had returned an item to the vendor that cost over $100. After several weeks of no response from the vendor, I contacted them and they claimed that they had not received it. I could swear I used my UPS account, but there was no record of it there. I was left hanging and had to figure out what to do on my own. I had dropped the package off at PostNet Leander, so I called and spoke to Lisa and explained the situation. I provided her the address the package was shipped to. She told me she could look into it, but that it would probably take til the next day. She actually called me back just a little while later, provided the tracking number and confirmed that it was delivered and who signed for it. When I contacted the vendor, suddenly they had it and I was given a refund shortly after. Thanks Lisa and PostNet! read more

The two super nice guys who were there today get 5 stars. One helped me carry my boxes and the other was super nice and even made some super helpful suggestions. I did ship one box and then had a brain meltdown, after looking at what I had and the cost, I could do a couple of "if it fits it ships " boxes for a 1/3 of the price. I went back and they gave me a refund and my box back- with no hassle and no problem. I didn't catch their names - but kudos and thanks for all the great service! read more

I do not know what others are saying is great customer service but I have not experienced that EVER. The manager ALWAYSs a snarky attitude..today I asked for an envelope for UPS, packaged it and when I handed it back to him, asked for a receipt so it could be tracked. He gave me a look, told me it was done..it was not. Then I repeated my request for a receipt...in case it needed to be tracked..who won't give a receipt!! and he shot back at me with I needed to speak up..he is hard of hearing. This isn't the first time he's been rude. Will not be doing business there. Worst customer service. read more
