I didn't ask for a discount, or come with any expectations around pricing. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I do highly suggest you hire someone who can help you with your business processes and educate you on banking security basics.

But after calling place after place and being told I needed a minimum order of either 12 or 24 shirt.. someone even said 36.. I was thinking it was not gonna happen. As soon as I called and spoke to Janie I realized it was possible. I told her what was going on and she was super understanding.. She immediately tried to accommodate our needs. She said it was possible and asked we take her our shirts ASAP so they could be done in time for the fight. We took her the shirts as well as the design we wanted on a Thursday afternoon, got an email Friday that I had to approve. Since she knew we needed it done asap she even went out of her way to call me to let me know to check my email and approve the design so she could immediately start working on the shirts. Saturday morning my husband picked them up. They came out perfect! He absolutely loved them. Besides the finished product being exactly what we asked for Janie made our experience that much better... She was not like other shirt printing businesses who were rude on the phone.. She was super mellow and down to earth. She was not rude at all and never made me feel stupid for not knowing exactly what kind of stuff I wanted (apparently there's different types of stuff you can get on shirts..
