To say I'm baffled is an understatement. This location removed my previous review before I could even respond, so here it is again, with two important updates. I was expecting a high-value package (worth over $1,500) that was scheduled for delivery by 7 PM. I took the day off work specifically to ensure I'd be home to receive it. At 12:40 PM, I received a notification that a delivery attempt had been made at 12:38 PM. But no one rang the doorbell. No knock. I was sitting in my living room, directly facing the front door, and saw no one. I ran outside at 12:41 PM--no delivery driver in sight. I called customer service and spoke with a rep named Christian, who told me there was nothing he could do. After I insisted on filing a formal complaint, the call was escalated to a manager named Sydney. She informed me the driver had rerouted the package to a pickup center, but I couldn't retrieve it until the next business day. That alone was frustrating. If in-person pickup had been my only option, I would've gone that morning and avoided this entire mess. ****Update -- June 24th It's now the next business day, and I still haven't received my package. Tracking showed it was once again loaded onto a delivery vehicle at 6:48 AM, but nothing arrived. I spoke with another representative, Madrid, who told me there was no way to know when it would reach the pickup location. According to him, the driver had until 7 PM to drop it off. Meanwhile, I had to be at work by 2 PM with no guarantee it would be ready in time. I took time off the day before just to be home for this delivery, and it was all for nothing. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I've decided I will no longer be using UPS for any shipping or delivery needs--personal or professional. ***Final Update - June 30th Before I even had the chance to respond to the UPS owner's reply, my review was removed. So here it is; When I finally went to pick up the package, the staff member at the register was polite, but visibly confused when I told her I was there for a pickup. I handed over my ID, and she asked if the package might have been under a different name (it wasn't). She eventually found the package buried under a stack of other boxes. The item inside was fragile--why it was placed at the bottom of a pile is beyond me. When I got home and opened the box, the item was damaged. At that point, I was completely done with UPS, whether corporate or franchise. As a local franchise business owner myself, I found the lack of responsibility and dismissiveness from the local owner incredibly disappointing. The way this was handled, both operationally and professionally, was unacceptable. I've since returned the MacBook to the seller and initiated the refund process. If this review is removed like the last ones, I will continue reposting it for visibility. Customers deserve to know what they might experience here. ***Last Update - June 30th. Hi William, Thank you for your response. While I understand that your location is a franchise and operates independently from UPS Corporate, the fact remains that my package was routed to your store, where the final leg of this failed delivery experience took place. Respectfully, the moment my package arrived at your store--damaged, buried under other boxes, and handled without care--it became part of your location's operations and experience. I interacted directly with your staff, and what I experienced, while polite on the surface, reflected a lack of organization and proper handling for a high-value, fragile item. That is absolutely relevant to the day-to-day business operations of your franchise. The original delivery failure may have started elsewhere, but the overall breakdown in service continued at your store. Additionally, suggesting that Yelp removed my prior review because it wasn't related to your business feels dismissive. My experience at your location was part of a larger issue, and silencing feedback by pushing it elsewhere doesn't resolve the problem--it simply avoids accountability. This review is not meant to attack your store personally, but rather to give future customers a full and honest picture of what they might encounter, especially those receiving high-value items or expecting dependable service. I stand by it. All the best, Beau read more

Super rude and unfriendly worker handling people upfront. Purple hair and makeup as bad as the attitude. Very impatient and condescending. There was confusion on the packages and she acted like I should know how the process works and as if I work there. I ,thankfully, figured it out but she was zero help. I tried to be nice because of course maybe she was having a bad day but man she wouldn't budge. I can only imagine how she treats seniors or people who aren't savvy on their phones. Don't know how they trust her to handle very important packages and mail. read more

I needed an expired Brit ish passport mailed to the UK. I took the information to the store, they packaged it and mailed it, it was a bit complicated due to needing a phone number that I had to re search for. It was successfully tracked and delivered to its destination today, July 4. Thankyou to Ethan for his patience, and mannerly and professionally way he helped me get this accomplished. It was a pleasure dealing with him . This young man could go far with this company. read more

One employee works at the time but wait is never long. A fed ex guy brought in a pile of boxes that out of nowhere a few minutes later fell over, on my little dog. It looked like he did it but he didn't and luckily the employee was super nice and apologized which was unnecessary as he didn't get hurt. Nice clean organized store I only visit when I return amazon items. read more

PSA: If you're dropping off your Amazon package for return, PLEASE bring the original amazon box the package was shipped in. It's easier for UPS to return your package. I know the Amazon app says "no need to" provide a box for return, but UPS has to use their own supplies to return your items. Help your local business thrive instead of bankrupting them. Shout out to Cecilia for being helpful and the great customer service. I greatly appreciate the quick and friendly service. Thank you for being informative and helping me return my Amazon package. read more

I just want to say thank you so much to Dominic for providing the most amazing customer service. I called in advance letting him know that I will be dropping off over 50 boxes. He was working alone and offered to help me unload everything from my van. Listening to him help other customers was just a blessing because he is so kind, patient, and helpful! Even after having to help me with my billion boxes! Truly grateful he was able to help me. Quality service! read more

The Best!! I am always greeted with a smile, and they take care of all my Amazon mishaps. If there is a line, it goes quickly. The few times I've messed up my returns they guided me through and added some extra help. This is why I am writing this review. when someone takes that extra step to help you, respect it, never take it for granted. I do hope they get back in their regular store soon. They are making the best of the space they have, and it is always a friendly, quick, efficient, transaction. read more

I had a UPS package to ship, but the pre-paid label was in my email and my printer was out of ink at home. Thought the UPS store might be able to print the UPS label for me if I emailed them. Or enter the shipping number in the machine and print it out. Nope. 1st time: annoyed girl: "our PC is down so you can't print anything here", resumes chatting to coworker/friend in back 2nd time (2 days later, I wasn't in a huge rush): nicer lady: "we can't print it for you, you have to rent our computer which has a minimum charge of $2/10min, and each page you print is $0.25" Charging people for internet is archaic in this day and age - especially for a biz like this. Guess I'll wait until my printer ink gets delivered. FYI - most office supply stores will happily print something you email them and just charge you for printing. read more

Who's the asshole running the counter? 3 years of wearing a mask has killed a lot of your Brain cells boy. I'm carrying a 40 lb box, forced to listen to these guys talk for 20 f***ing minutes right before closing. Said he was "super busy" there was NO ONE in there but us and some random sitting on a chair by the counter who kept staring at me. Wouldn't take my Amazon box, wanted to charge me for tape for a box that was clearly closed- stay clear from this location. read more

Cecilia was awesome this morning helping me send a package. The package I wanted to send was going to be costly and I knew if I went to the postal office I would be charged half the price. However, Cecilia was so gracious and helpful to me this morning that I didn't want to go somewhere else. I wanted to send my package through UPS because she had excellent customer service, kindness, and was well informed answering my shipping questions. She didn't want to print, I walked in she says oh we don't have an email.... oh okay wireless? No but fed ex is across and it's cheaper. Like I was so confused ‍ like she didn't want the business she just was on her phone when I walked in. I used to manage the Farm & Durango location this is just poor customer service. David the owner should fire the girl working this morning because she doesn't want him to make money off the two printers costing him money every month that are sitting right there read more

Nice little shop. They are very small and located in the same parking lot as the Fedex store, We were looking for a notary and first stopped at Fedex Store, but they unfortunately didn't have a notary on duty. I looked at my trusty Yelp app and was happy to find the UPS store wasn't too far away. The lady who worked there was really friendly and helpful, making sure we filled out everything we needed before completing her notary services. $5 and 5 minutes later we were out the door and ready to finish the rest of our errands for the day. Looks good for shipping needs as well. We'll have to check it out again if we're every in need. read more
