This UPS is one of the friendliest ones I've been to (along with the one in LLV). I went to drop off Amazon returns, and every single person I interacted with was so kind and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Even when I first arrived and there was barely any wait, one of the employees acknowledged I was there and said I'd be helped soon. I didn't even think I waited that long, so I thought that was really thoughtful of her! I also saw how helpful and friendly they were with other customers. I'd actually go out of my way to come to this UPS if I could align my schedule with places nearby, it's that nice! read more

I just had to drop off an Amazon package. The service was quick and efficient. Another employee came out to help when there were a handful of people in line. Parking lot is cramped but that's not the business' issue. read more

Khrys greeted us right away and was so cheerful. It really made our short visit to UPS delightful during the lunch rush. Service was quick and easy! read more

I've moved further away, but I still come here because of the service--they're the best; they really help you and do their job.

They are slow and take people out of order, probably because they are very disorderly and disorganized. Would probably go to a different UPS store if I were you. read more

Read the not so kind reviews, but it was a 5 star experience for me! 1) Returned an Amazon purchase. Scanned the QR code, printed a label, taped the box, and slapped the label on. Receipted too. 2) Processed an overnight business delivery. No problem. Cheers to the staff here! read more

I have been coming here for 15 years to send packages. No more. I went to send some packages and they told me I would have to buy a $6 roll of tape to seal the package. The employees tried to blame it on Amazon and claim Amazon requires it. There is no way that Amazon has a policy that says UPS stores cannot give customers a strip of tape to seal a return. I get that giving everyone a couple strips of tape adds up, but so does me no longer coming to this business. Saving pennies, losing dollars. I like to support the businesses in my neighborhood shopping center, even though it is pretty rundown, but there is a Kohl's right by my office that I will now be using. Edit: If I was ever going to get over my initial frustration and return, the response below made up my mind. Amazon DOES NOT have a policy regarding who supplies the tape, just that the customer does the taping. This is like going to a restaurant and being told that you are supposed to bring your own napkin, but if you didn't you have to buy a 100-pack from them. Ridiculous. read more

Jeff and Cheyenne were so helpful and knowledgeable. They explained everything and gave us options. Excellent service, we appreciate your help. read more

I love this UPS at this location. They are always "up", in a good mood, friendly, respectful, and seek you out while you'll be waiting in line to see what they can help you with. This if the best UPS location for service and they are much more attentive than FEDEX, USPS or any other mail services. I can't fault the staff for the prices, but I sent a package half the size of a letter paper about 4x6 that cost me $15 for regular USPS services. It's been over 5 days and my grandson still has not received the package. I use them all the time for RETURNS to AMAZON All that service and they are very close by. I've never had to wait more than 5-7 minutes before it was my turn. read more

I think is might be the closest UPS store to my house and I love it! Location right off busy Charleston on Rancho in the Smiths grocery store shopping center-- very easy to find. Every time I come here there is never a line and there's always someone upfront to help you. No matter who helps you, everyone is always polite, quick and friendly. They'll take your drop off packages and immediately give you a receipt for proof of drop off. I'm literally 1 minute in and out at the most, only thing it isn't fast getting out of the parking lot because of how many cars drive into this tiny plaza. The plaza itself is definitely always super busy but other than that, it works-- so I'll keep dropping off my packages to this location. Thanks UPS and keep up the good work! It's a 2 thumbs way way up! read more

Wr had to make a return and this was the closest UPS from where we were at that time, so we decided to stop and drop off our package. They were quick, and friendly! I would return to this UPS! read more

I've been coming here for over 7 years and I've never had a bad experience until today. I went in to ship out UPS returns and was told I had to buy a roll of tape to seal my packages. I was here literally 3 days ago to ship another return and they did not have this policy. The older woman gave the worst customer service, did not greet me as I came in nor said anything to me while I stood in front of her. The first thing she said to me was "you have to tape that up yourself, we sell tape". Whatever, I bought the $6 tape. Nevertheless, she had the worst attitude and I won't be returning to this location. read more

In all my years, I didn't know they offer notary service. Friendly service. Got my paper notarized. What sucks is the price... $15.00!

This UPS stores does it all and with the best customer servicing out there. I have used this location for mail service for years and they always bring their A game. This office offers over night shipping of UPS , for a price, computer service and printing. The printers they have at this location are hi-tech where you can print from a USB drive. Very classy. read more

The UPS Store - One can make copies here! Stellar for only 10cents - Shipping Centers Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I love this place so much. I get all my mail sent here. The staff is so so wonderful and they always make me feel welcome

I went in to use the notary service. Wish I knew about them before. Best price in town and efficient staff.

Called a few days ago to ask about how printing works with a flash drive. Employee who picked up was super friendly and was able to explain the process. I dropped in about 15 minutes later and was greeted by Jeff (who I think picked up the phone initially) Jeff literally greeted me and stayed by my side to guide me through the process the whole time. He really went the extra mile to ensure that I didn't have to reach out with any concerns and was able to help me properly print 40+ pages correctly. Although it was a simple task, Jeff took the initiative to offer his assistance throughout the process and that is something you do not see in the customer service realm these days. I've always had good experiences with this store and it's appreciated read more

This is possibly the worst UPS I've been to the Notary is not nice and need customer service training!

Honestly every UPS store I go to anymore has horrible customer service. Some of the worst around, the cashiers are never helpful instead try to do anything to not have to work. They don't assist with anything if they don't have to. This is a business that needs a competitor, anyone else doing the same things would do great! So many people leave this place upset. read more

Love my UPS store. I've been going here for years and all the staff is super friendly. If you go there regularly they will always remember you and your box, even when I call them with questions. Highly recommend this store! read more

I never have any issues at this location. I have taken quite a few pairs of shoes, in their shoe boxes, to send via prepaid label. The older lady, I forget her name, is very knowledgeable because she gets these shipments all the time of people selling their shoes via GOAT, StockX, Mercari, etc.... I will buy my own box, but she will pack it up and tape it for me. She doesn't ask for any extra money for tape or "packing it up." read more

Been here several times in the past few months, always impressed by their friendly service and efficiency! I also love that I can bring my Amazon returns here, you don't have to have it packaged or anything, they pack it for you and the service is free! Kyle and Dane helped me send a package and print out some documents. Super friendly and professional. Can't ask for more, great job guys!

These guys (and gal) are great. Better than great. They are excellent. Always professional. Always helpful. Always responsive. I was in the store when an angry (and confused) customer called. I listened as an employee patiently provided information and offered apologies for the limitations of his role. When the call was over there were no attempts to mock the customer or roll his eyes. He simply finished the call and went back to his task. Others may complain about the UPS system or the neighborhood. But they will not complain about the service here. Every single employee here is professional and efficient and knowledgeable. Always. read more

$1 to tape a box shut, cool whatever. However, it's a $3 minimum for credit or debit card purchases. Figure your game out, seriously. I've never had his problem at a FedEx store. Are you really trying to nickel and dime that hard? Since these stores are franchised, I will not be going there. Also, it's better for you to just drop off at the UPS corporate location up the street that I had forgot about. Whoops! read more

The parking lot is HORRIBLE, I warned you. If you do find a spot in front of the door there is ALWAYS some random chain smoker toking a cig right there, it never fails! If you can find a parking space and go in...you will get great customer service. Yes their prices are higher and if you have any clue about shipping whatsoever you will know this already. They have to pay rent people! We buy 90% of our daily household items from Amazon, we don't shop at Walmart or Target or any of that crap. We order tons of clothes, accessories, and shoes etc. from Zappos and other companies online. What does all this mean?! We have returns sometimes! I walk in they scan it and give me a receipt. Done. As an EBay seller since 2001 I primarily use USPS but sometimes if it's needing an overnight or rush I will just run here. The guys are always nice and prompt. It's A-OK. read more

I always drive to this UPS store. The 2 guys always working (one was named josh) are so nice and helpful every time I come in the store. They are quick and I am right in and out the store with no worries. They get my packages delivered on time and provide peace of mind. Go to them ! read more

My elderly mother went to this store to send a package UPS, signature required, on a very expensive item. For some reason, they advised her to sent the package USPS, no signature required, first class. They did not give her a tracking number, which was the whole point of her going to the store, and the parcel was lost in the mail. I called the store to see if they could find the tracking number, but they could not find the records. At first, when I called, the clerk said he needed the specific day, later he claimed to have searched the entire month in just a few minutes. I got the impression he was just trying to get me off the phone. It didn't sound like he really checked. I don't know what happened, but I could tell that he could care less about the situation. In the end, I should have driven from Southern California to Las Vegas to pick up the package myself and drive back. It would have been cheaper, less stressful, and less time consuming. I will never do business with this organization in the future. read more

Stopped to drop mail and send a fax. I was completely amazed with the level of professionalism and service. I had a post office box with this store since 1996. In August I put in for an address change and closed my PO Box after 24 years. A package was sent to me for the holidays at my old PO Box. They called me and I said I would be in to pick it up and how much I appreciated that they called. I just left the UPS Store they return my packages. they kept no record of who it was from, not even a tracking number. Sooooo disappointing after years of doing business there. No more. read more

I've been to this UPS store multiple times and i always leave satisfied with my experience. I used to run a ups store in the past, and every time i come in the place is clean, the staff is attentive, and all my packages that I've sent have all arrived undamaged and on time. These guys run a good professional store. Even though there price is a little bit high, you get the extra care and attention that you are paying for. I also like the fact that since they are close to the UPS facility, they have one of the latest outgoing UPS times in the city. Cheers! -MikeB read more
