I specifically said a time frame item needed to be delivered by and he said i had to pay $58 for that to happen I paid no questions asked. item was never delivered so i went back to the store and he was completely rude , said he never helped me (wrong move stupid i have your info on the receipt) and was then told too bad not his problem. he lies and steals from customers DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION !!!!!! read more

UPS Store I have been in transition to FL for a few months now and there is always something that needs to be sent back and forth to my old house, or documents notarized. That's where the UPS store really comes in handy. You can get your documents notarized and sent out all in one move - so it is super convenient for situations like that.  Beyond that, they sell packaging supplies, copying services and most locations even have PO boxes in the event you need that service. The Jupiter location has been great- helpful people working there and they get me on my way in a flash. Pro-tip - earlier is better but the times between breakfast and lunch seem to be the best option in terms of the place being less busy. Parking lot in front. read more

I needed to ship something to a friend. I was there on Saturday, March 2nd, around 11 am. A young man assisted me. During the transaction, I picked up a tape gun to rip a small piece of tape to attach a note to the package. He ripped it out of my hand and said that I'm not allowed to touch it. It was a little humiliating. He put it under the counter. Okay, I understand that I should have asked first but he could have still given me a piece of tape after he chastised me, a man 35 years his age, in front of several customers. Upon completion of transaction, my package was in front of me on top of bubble wrap and box. I asked him, in a nice way, whether I should pack it or he will do it. He said: "So you want me to hold up all the customers to pack you package now!" I said "No, I want to know if I have to stand here or leave". There was no communication with the guy. If I could select 0 Stars it would be better, this store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced This is a first, we were refused service because the clerk / Mgr said the box we were trying to ship was only for the USPS.......What??? Then he Clerk /Mgr goes on to laugh out loud to my wife saying she didn't understand, he went on to say "so you want to speak with the Mgr, well guess what I am the Mgr" why don't yo go on down to the post office it's right down the street I want this person fired! read more

The hours posted are not accurate. I've tried to drop off a package for delivery three times during posted hours of operation Went to drop off a package on Saturday at 9:30 am, the store was closed and the gates were pulled down. I thought the store may be closed over the Labor Day weekend, but the sign on the door stated they would be closed on Monday for Labor Day. Returned on Tuesday, arrived at 6:29pm, saw a long line of people inside but the door was locked. Not a problem, long line and I arrived at closing. Returned the next day at 6:25pm. I saw the lights were still on and two people in line. I get to the door but it's locked. I motioned to the employee to see if he could unlock the door and he shook his head no at me. I tried to explain that it wasn't 6:30 yet and I just had a prepaid drop off. He still refused. He didn't even have the courtesy to come to the door to see what I needed. read more

I made a quick stop at this UPS store to return a package to Amazon. It was my first visit and it was effortless. There was only one customer ahead of me. The clerk was extremely friendly and knowledgeable with both she and I. I would absolutely return if I found myself in the area with an Amazon return or need for shipping. read more

I went to this UPS store for an Amazon return. Customers were patiently waiting in line, and I stood outside until there was room inside. No problem. Once inside I picked up a few birthday cards near the front door and then stood a few feet away from customer being helped in front of me. Another customer arrived and stood to my right. The she was helped first. Two employees nodded "sorry" and the third employee ignored me. After getting my receipt for the Amazon return, I left the store - only to realize as I'm heading out the door that I forgot to pay for the cards. I went back and the same employee started to ring up my purchase on the register. The manager, Juan who helped the lady next to me instead of me, came over and stopped my transaction so he could ring up his customer. Ok - twice I'm bumped to the side?? I told him that I was being helped and we're in the middle of a transaction. He didn't care, argued with me and continued with his customer. He was very belligerent and clearly stated that I didn't matter. I'm not going back to this store. I was honest enough to go back and pay for the cards. I should have dropped them on the counter and walked out. Terrible customer service experience - I will go to the UPS store on Indiantown Road from now on. Better service by far! read more

I have been in here a few times. Each time I have had quick friendly service. Last week I could not figure out how to ship something very specific. I walked in and was able to have them pack it, ship it, and give me tracking. They guaranteed my item would make it without breakage. I will definitely be back. read more

That store deserve less than one star. Printing machines are so so so obsoletes, the clerk at the time did not know anything thing about anything. Spent one hour there trying to fix the issues on the machines waiting for the manager or someone but nothing at all. read more

The UPS stores can differ greatly, especially in pricing. Stores in North Palm Beach charge less ( for instance faxing). YELP helps to identify individual store positives/ negatives but I did not review this UPS location beforehand. My bad. UPS has generally five star service & products nationally, just not here. read more

Just went in with my sisters to drop off a huge package for our parents. It was extremely heavy and they offered no assistance. We've been there 3 times since It's closer to us. The sales associate was very snarky and rude to us through the whole checkout and didn't smile once. He never told us if we were done with our transaction and when we asked politely If that was all he needed he abruptly waved us out. We usually go to Jupiter, where the workers are warm, friendly and very helpful and will go only there from now on. read more

Hostile staff! I asked for a receipt showing I had dropped off my UPS overnight package and they looked at me like I was crazy. When I told them that other UPS stores gave me a receipt, they said basically tough luck, we don't do that here. They said I should take a picture of the shipping label. I already have that as I printed it from my pc . They actually argued with me about it. Worst customer service experience I've had down here in South Florida. Reminded me of some of my least favorite FedEx/UPS experiences when I lived in New York City. Avoid if possible. The UPS store on Indiantown Road is much more pleasant and offers better service. read more
