There are two women that work there unfortunately I don't have their names' they are so efficient and patient with the customers, which sometimes is hard to do, go above and beyond their jobs to help us. frequent customer they make going to their store as painless as possible. great job read more

Run Away from this UPS location. I needed to mail two banners back my office. It cost me $40 to ship them out. I did need a box to ship the banners home. But by the time I left this location my total cost was $102.33. With no spare time to find another location due to needing to make my flight, I was not able to challenge the cost. The store manager was excited to tell the young man waiting on me that the store sales numbers were up 42%. Guess I know why. read more

My rating of 1 star pertains to their PRINT services ONLY. On August 18, 2025, I paid $651.53 for "450 copies printed flat and COLLATED with NO folding and NO stapling." Store Manager Jovi's completed job consisted of 13 stacks of 450 sheets each and expecting ME to hand-collate! He DID NOT use the expensive copier/printer on right as you enter the State of Franklin Rd. UPS store. It was one big, colossal mess! I NEVER got a cent in refunds. I made two special trips showing him the sequence to load the copier. He glanced at my directions but IGNORED it. Ms. Rhianne Rose was a real PRINTER and a good manager. That store does not now have anyone who knows a thing about printing. Don't believe me...learn the hard way...give Jovi a print order. $651.53 is not a large amount to a big business but to my small 20-year-old journal, "Our Southern Memories" it is EXTREMELY difficult to bounce back from. read more

On August 18, 2025, I paid UPS Store 4146 (1715 W. State of Franklin Rd., Johnson City, TN 37604) the sum of $651.53 FOR: ----"450 copies printed and collated flat. NO folding and NO stapling.)" ---- After about 12 days I received what THEY considered the finished product: 12 stacks of poorly printed copies - NOT collated but given to me to hand collate myself. Apparently, the store manager did NOT even know how to load the expensive copier/printer on the right as you enter. I gave him instructions on the sequence to load the computer to guarantee a correct automatic collating. The manager glanced at it and apparently did not even use the copier at all. After 20 years of using either UPS or Office Depot I received the lousiest print job of all time! The other 89 printings went well, with an occasional small glitch which the REAL printers corrected satisfactorily. Since Rhianne left as store manager it seems that UPS store has not had a single person who knows anything about printing. They refuse to give me a refund. I gave them a one-star rating, which pertains to their PRINT services ONLY. Read and heed! If you don't believe the above to be truthful, just give them an order for booklets (aka: chapbooks). Has anyone besides me noticed when they get a good manager they don't last long at this store? I've been through two great ones.. William and Rhiannon...here today, gone tomorrow. I don't, know who the manager is now, but I had a lost package. When i called, a girl finally answered the phone and said in a distraught voice, "could you call back", that she was the only one there and the store was full. The last time i was in there, a UPS truck was backed up to the back door unloading packages. The girl working there looked at me then turned back around and kept talking to the guy, leaving me to stand there for quiet a while. read more

This is the location I have used for returns and mailing. I've always had great friendly service. The last 2 times I've been in the service wasn't what I have been used to. It seemed I was annoying the clerk. She drummed her nails as I was trying to give her my QR code. I attempted to explain what the returns were, she didn't listen then became irritated when it was wrong. I will probably find another location for my mailing needs. read more

This UPS is a very convenient location in a strip mall near ETSU. They offer a broad variety of services in addition to shipping. There are two computers you can use with printer options if yours are out of ink or like me I no longer own a printer. Beware tho as sometimes they charge you for time on the computer in addition to the printing charge which seems really silly to me. I argued the charge as it is not posted and was given a discount on the computer time and the printing which essentially made the computer time free. Other times there has been no charge for computer time which in my opinion is the way it should be as they are getting the printing charges. There are a wide variety of packing options and they will help you pack unusual or fragile items. They have many different packing materials to assist you. They have card ordering services so if you need business cards in a hurry they are a good option. I have never used it but they have post office boxes for rent as well. Overall they are pretty helpful and the services offered are within market prices. read more

I don't ever recommend sending anything by UPS. Even the post office is better at deliveries. I have a package that had been sitting in Johnson City since January 20th and still hasn't been delivered. I know there was snow but it is clear today and this should have been a priority. This isn't the first bad experience I have had either. The UPS office in Placerville, CA told me my package had been delivered and signed for... when I told them no one at my location had signed for it and asked if it had been left at the wrong address they said the driver checked the similar address at the other end of the road we lived on and nothing was there lied to me as I walked down there and it was sitting there. I have met some good workers but they have been the exception not the rule. BEWARE. read more

I went into the store to have some legal papers notarized and seeking assistance on how get the information needed to fill out more paperwork done and notarized in Colorado as required by my mother's nursing home by tomorrow!!! I really had not idea how to proceed. My mother is new to a Nursing Home in Colorado and the paperwork is a lot. I am her POA but I live in Tennessee. The staff at this UPS store were superb! I had a very urgent need for documents to be sent to California in time for a meeting to be held online the following day. It was already nearly 6 p.m. and, as you can surmise, few, if any, options to get the job done. The UPS driver was finishing loading all the other packages and correspondence in his truck for the last pick-up of the day. Terrie and her co-worker were very professional, extremely friendly and abundantly helpful! With a speedy and calm reassurance they did the necessary paperwork and handed the driver the envelope headed for California before he closed the doors on the truck!! This was a lifesaver for me and allowed a year of legal wrangling to end on a very positive note for my family. Thank you so much for your courtesy, kindness and professionalism.
