I had printed my labels and since the boxes were already in the car, they were big. I figured I could label them when I got there. Well of course the lady was very rude and was obviously upset that we weren't using her services and they were returned and refused to let us use the tape that was sitting right there to put our labels on. Luckily we had a tape dispenser in our car which we did put the labels on. Her whole demeanor and tone was very nerve-wracking and upsetting. We were going to eat in town but after this horrible experience I really don't even feel like going back. I pray that she can get rid of the Stony heart. Also, it looks like a nice shop and I am usually a big buyer. I would have loved to have bought one of the beautiful cutting boards that I saw there, but I swear I will never walk into that store again.

I cannot say enough good things about this wash and fold company. From the very first interaction, they centered the family as people, not a problem. They were compassionate, discreet, and deeply respectful of a situation that could have easily felt embarrassing or overwhelming. Every single item came back clean, fresh, neatly folded, and handled with care--but what mattered even more was how they showed up: calm, understanding, and genuinely kind. This wasn't just a laundry service; it was a moment of real support during a hard chapter for good people we were thankfully able to help. Their work helped restore dignity and created breathing room when things felt impossible. If you are dealing with an unusually large load, a sensitive situation, or just need help without judgment, this is the company you want. I am endlessly grateful for their professionalism and their humanity. Highly, highly recommend.

He was fair and ran down the list of factors that influenced his pricing and what he would need to do to get my PC up and working. We communicated back and forth throughout the process and he was able to build my computer in just two days, which included moving parts over from another case and building the rest of it from scratch with a new case. The result was a 70 lb titan of a gaming PC, which he allowed me to use his dolly to move, and I'm using it now with 0 issues and exceptional performance.
